The restaurant and food options could probably be better.

The family room with bunk beds was great, as was having balconies. The staff were attentive, the kids club had fun activities.

Amazing staff who were always attentive and checking up on us. The hotel was very clean, the food was absolutely delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. On top of that, the location was perfect—close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

I thought it was a little bit expensive for what it was. I much prefer a breakfast and eating area that opens up to the pool or to a view. The kids club also lacked atmosphere and really needed more toys. I did travel with my 3 year old granddaughter and that would have made it more perfect if the kids club was better equipped and perhaps had an outside area but I do realise a hotel cannot cater for everyone.

The room was verrry small and the bathroom is only covered by sliding doors which isn't great for privacy.

We had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn Canggu! Every member of staff that we met were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and we absolutley loved the infinity pool/rooftop area. The buffet breakfast was also amazing! Location is also great, with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Thanks for a lovely stay! :)

The pool area was lovely, however there does not appear to be enough pool lounges to accomodate for hotel guests.

Our stay here was fantastic! The rooms were clean and very well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff went above and beyond—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with lots of variety to choose from. The location was great, walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants including Skool Kitchen, Motel Mexicola, Yuki and Luma —close to everything you need. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It was a bit noisy when people drag their bags in the corridor because of the wooden floors.

Great stay in Holiday Inn Canggu. Excellent location, new building, nice bedrooms and very good food. I would go back!!! Very kind and helpful staff. Recommend going to the Regent’s beach house restaurant/ beach club, which is super close.

They should have a place to wash your feets after beach in the lobby area. Their spa is horrible! I had the worse experience ever. They don’t have a spa bed but selling full price treatments without informing the guests.

Everything about my stay was beyond amazing — the service, the food, the cleanliness, and every single staff member was respectful and professional. I will definitely come back again. I would like to especially thank Fira from the reception — she was very helpful, kind, and always had a warm smile. Also, Heni, the waitress, made every breakfast special. She always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. My rating for the hotel: a million out of 100.

For the money really should provide bottled water for the jug and bathroom. Also, many hotels allow guests to store luggage and still use the pool area for a short time if waiting for a flight time which is later. This hotel allowed that but there was no bathroom to shower or change in after. That would be nice and usual in a hotel of this quality

Constant ping from the elevators all day as they stopped at each floor, this tended to echo around the hotel due to the courtyard layout. There was a big mix up with some food I ordered from the restaurant, I am vegan and the food was described as such but unfortunately the next time I order the dish I was advised it had meat stock. The supervisor was very apologetic and wanted to assure me that I had not eaten anything with meat stock, but unfortunately I was not confident with the explanation given. A real shame as aside from that everything was good. I would suggest triple checking ingredients with staff if you have allergies.

A lovely modern and centrally located hotel. Staff were really friendly and service orientated. Appreciate that they were able to accommodate me at short notice due to an issue with the booking at another hotel.
