The only downside was there was a mix up with our airport transfers upon leaving, resulting in a last-minute airport dash! Stressful at the time, but im sure we will look back and laugh. The staff did everything they could to remedy the situation and did manage to source a ride for us so we could make our flight.

This was an incredible place to stay. The rooftop pool was amazing with a lovely view, and the rooftop bar offered a great range of affordable drinks and food. The service could not be faulted. We opted for the half board option, whereby dinner was provided by the restaurant at their sister resort Holiday Inn. This was very generous offering entree, main and dessert every night, from a very extensive menu. I highly recommend this option. We will definitely stay again.

​All-day dining, I would say, was the weakest point. The pizza we had was bland, very under-seasoned, and the crust was not good at all. ​I noticed there were many strands of long hair in the room, which I notified the front desk staff about. The next day, they tried their best to clean the room

. ​The bedding was very comfy, and the environment was very conducive to a good night's rest. ​I would also like to thank the management for inviting us to the "Meet the Management" get-together. I really enjoyed the event with my mate. ​What made this hotel truly special, I would say, is the staff. During my stay, not only did they listen to our comments and complaints, they also "heard us to their hearts."

We only stayed a night before our flight but what incredible value! The hotel is modern, the facilities are great. A lovely pool with a great view of the sunset, nice restaurants. We got adjoining family rooms which came with dinner and breakfast for everyone. Our flight wasn’t until the evening and they let us stay and the kids use the pool for the day while we were waiting. Unbeatable value.

I liked the fact that there was a rooftop pool which was quieter than the garden pool. I like the fact that the restaurant wasn’t overpriced so I ate the most of the time. And there’s a nice little massage parlour just up the road. I stayed here for two nights while I was in transit. The staff were extremely helpful.

It’s separate from Holiday Inn Resort. I thought they’re just the same. Although it’s very close, I still have to walk to the resort to eat at the big restaurants.

It’s beach front, clean and accessible to everything.

The towels weren't really clean. They were grey rather than white. This was the only reason I gave a 9. Other than this, the hotel is perfect.

The rooftop pool and the bar are both amazing The room is spacious enough. The location is nice. Not in a crowded area but also near everything in Kuta The laundry room is an absolute plus

I can’t fault a single thing about this hotel.

What a great hotel. Location to the airport was perfection. We loved the service, the location (close to the beach and shops), the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities. It was a short stay but we enjoyed it very much, making use of the gym (appreciated the aircon) and the beautiful rooftop pool. We booked to stay again when returning to Bali and were truly grateful to have been able to leave one of our luggage in storage until our return. This made traveling very convenient. The free airport shuttle was also appreciated. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

There’s no rain shower head. Only one door leads to the shower, and there’s no main toilet door — the TV is directly visible from the toilet.

Loved the hospitality. All the staff were very attentive and made me feel truly welcome. They kindly allowed me to check in early upon arrival and accommodated all my needs and requests throughout my stay. Marvelous service! Location is great, peaceful and quiet, yet still very close to the beaches.
