Service was excellent! Nothing was too much for the staff who were very friendly and kind to our baby as well. Location is great. Near the beach and shops & restaurants. Compact hotel but had everything we needed. Good value for money. Highly recommend!

Service a bit poor. Morning coffee take too long to be delivered and sometimes with wrong item. Need to improve. Pool is a bit small, whenever there are couple of families there is no more space. Need to think about a solution for umbrella, due the wind, they are not able to open it.

Excellent food quality, hotel well maintained, clean and quiet. Perfect for families. Food menu options are great to cateter all palates. Beach is just 1 minute walking dostance and with a huge sidewalk to enjoy the morning or afternoon.

There are no balcony’s for the room. There are no really comfortable chairs in the room.

Location was great, near the beach and near some nice restaurants. The fitness centre was a bonus. The rooftop pool we didn’t use. The courtyard setting for breakfast was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The smaller size of the hotel was also a bonus.

The room was very quiet (no street noise) with silent airco and very comfortable beds. I slept very well, one of my best nights for sleeping during the whole trip. The staff is super friendly. There are lots of choices at breakfast in an outside setting with background live music in the morning. Very close to the beach.

Sometimes the power went out, but it came back quickly.

The rooftop pool had an amazing view, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff were also very kind and attentive, and I really felt that they cared about the details.

Noises from the hallway is a big problem, you can hear the housekeeping staffs chatting in the morning or people going in and out their rooms at any time.

No shade around the pool if it was breezy. No coffee creamer in the dining area. Breakfast congested at times. Especially in bad weather. Occasionally, our requests were lost in translation.

We really enjoyed our stay - the hotel is lovely and modern and only a short walk to the beach and promenade. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming! Our daughter loved the free kids cooking class!

The room was nice. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of options. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the beach and main street, both with many restaurants. I recommend renting a bike and cycle beachfront promenade.

We are fussy when it comes to pillows and these were not to our liking. Small problem.

The open plan reception area was beautiful. The staff were very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much. The rooftop pool was excellent. Breakfast was really nice especially the scrambled eggs. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and the staff arranged a romantic dinner by the rooftop pool with a private waiter. This was so much beyond our expectations and we remain very grateful for their contribution to our wonderful occasion.

I liked everything.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful for vegan travellers, and I loved how everything was labelled with allergens. The room was very comfortable.

Pool area was a little lifeless for such a hot location. We were excited to have the happy hour cocktails by the pool but it was not an enticing place to sit, no bar or staff up there.

Breakfast was good, location was excellent, staff were exceptional! We loved the 2 for 1 offers in the afternoons.
