Breakfast coffee served in the Grain not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel.

Unfortunately, during our stay at this hotel, there were Indian wedding parties. The first time it was enjoyable to watch, but when it happened every day, the noise was very loud, and we needed rest and quiet. As for the food, unfortunately, halal options were not available.”

My only negative feedback was with Balinese restaurant, the food quality was terrible and they did not have dish on the menu when we attended.

We enjoyed the fitness centre and daily breakfast which provided so much choice. Each day was different experience for our taste buds.

The construction on either side of the resort was certainly and inconvenience. This was the last part of our drip for some relaxation but never mind where you went you could hear it during the day. Anyway, not much they can do about it, but this will be going on for a few years still as they are only now digging trenches.

The resort is really beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. I consider myself to be health conscious and there were so many options. We are also upgraded to a Villa which was awesome. Some would see it as a disadvantage but I quite liked the sheer size of the resort. It is huge and if you're fit you don't mind the walking.

the Nusa Dua beaches condition reduce like other beaches at Bali, it's so sad to see the trash( mostly plastic stuff) there, eventough every morning i saw the hotel people clean the front beach, however the wave and big wind brought other trash back to the beach. A serious campaign and firm policies on waste disposal are needed to help Bali beaches and marine life

The waiting time to check-in (approximately one hour!!!!). So, traveling for a long distance and reaching the resort to relax, facing such waiting time causes disappointment. Actually, there were more than four receptionist’ offices, however, just two of them were there!! Furthermore, I booked for an ocean front view deluxe room, but what has been assigned to us was just a partial view. I Called the receptionist to switch it with the correct one, and they hopefully did. Thanks to all.

Location, View, beachfront, breakfast, staff, gym, hot and cold plunged Jacuzzi. a perfect location for swimming in the ocean. I, strongly, recommend to resort for solo travelers, couples, honeymooners and families. Children will find many activities that gonna make their stay marvelous. At least, stay for 5 nights, believe me it worth it.👍🏻

The rooms are spacious - we had a moderate one, with a view of the garden. They were cleaned every day and the bathroom was great, nice shower and separate bath. There are 5 restaurants and beautiful swimming pools everywhere. We loved the water slide, loved the Elara pool and cabanas as well. Spent quite a bit of time on the beachbags down in front of the Breeze bar (beach bar). It was a very restful place, nothing to do but swim, eat, drink and relax. We particularly enjoyed the delightful Japanese restaurant Hama Sei.

The check in and check out process took a very long time (about half an hour), so make sure you account for enough time in case you are trying to catch a flight like we were.

The breakfast was amazing, the hotel restaurants and staff were amazing (special shout out to Desta from the Paon restaurant who was really lovely!), the grounds and views were spectacular, overall an incredible experience!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to family and friends. Everything was perfect — from the friendly staff to the clean and comfortable rooms. I especially suggest booking a room with direct access to the pool; it made our experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back again!

The only downside is that sun loungers and tables by the pool are limited. Between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., it’s usually hard to find any available, which can be inconvenient during peak hours.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is unbeatable, right in front of the sea, offering stunning views and easy beach access.
