The aircon went off in the night. The security guard fixed it for me, but it went off again later in the night, which meant the room was quite hot. It right next to the reggae bar, which was loud on an evening.

The room was huge, the bed was comfortable. The staff were really friendly, the 2 guys working reception and the security guard. Its very close to many bars and restaurants and the beach too.

The place is very dated, pictures must have been from a long time ago. Delux room needed a lot of work, bathroom was not very nice and the shared kitchen was pretty dirty. Not cheap for what you got. The club on the corner, Rasta, closed at 3am so if you don't stay out until that time you need a good pair of earplugs.

Very friendly warm and welcoming staff. Went out of their way to help, location is great. Good for a central short stay.

Our door was incredible stiff to open and the bed was hard and could have done with an extra pillow each

Great location… however it was next to Rasta bar which on a weekend is open until the early hours. It is so convenient to get to all the restaurants and bars.

What I really didn’t appreciate was the bar next to it playing very loud music until the morning so for me even with earplugs it was impossible to sleep. I don’t recommend the place to someone who just arrived after a jet lag

If you turned a bedside lamp off you turned the power off for the room?! Also the bathroom was bizarre - big enough to park a car in, the lights didn’t work and it was always wet.

There was a mosque really close by as well as a bar and these were really loud. The mosque during the days and the bar in the night. Bring earplugs!

Great location, all good restaurants are on a walking distance. The room is very big and the bed as well. The staff was the friendliest of all. I would 10/10 book this accommodation again when even coming to Kuta again.
