We deeply regret that you did not receive the level of service that we strive to provide to all our guest, especially during such a special occasion. Your comments regarding children playground and children pool have been noted. We will take immediete steps to adress these issues. We understand the importence of a warm welcome and efficient service especially when travelling with family. We truely apologize for any inconvinience caused. According to the facility we already informed to our leader. For your information our playground is located in residence and the pool that we have is 1 m depth. However, your experience about this case has been forward to the management and it would have been a suggestion for us to improve our service.
