The access - I had a backup pack so no problem, but walking alone in the dark back to the place was a bit scary. If you have scooter and a backpack, you'll be fine. Wouldn't book this again as a solo traveller.

Great view, stunning garden, big bed, really good breakfast on the porch, you can walk to the Ubud center but the place is so calm and relaxed.

It was difficult to find the location. Not accessible by car so you have to carry your luggage if you come with a taxi. By motorbike it okay, but then you still have to walk a little bit down (maybe 150m).

Such a cosy place into the rice field. The room was beautiful and the staff reactive on WhatsApp.

We weren’t sure if there was some mould starting to grow on the wall near the door due to the humidity, so if that could be looked at there would be absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

The location is so central in Ubud, yet off of the busy street, so is perfect for that balance. The views of the rice terraces surround the property is gorgeous and the views from the balcony are lovely. The sounds of wildlife on a night are beautiful. The staff are amazing, so friendly and make you feel safe. There is usually always someone about and if not they have very quick replies. Rooms are spotless and the bathroom is so clean. There are multiple options for breakfast and all get served at your table on the balcony. There were multiple solo travellers staying here if you are looking for that.

May be can add up extra cooking equipments at mini-kitchen, so guests can cook day time or evening.

All was good. Also, staff was helpful with bringing my luggage to the main road where taxi was. That really helped.

Good place! bit tricky to get to but if you have a scooter you’ll be fine. park the scooter at the tandoori place tho. A little tricky to park in front of the house. I like the squirrels and view. The people that take care of the place are lovely!

The only one thing I dun like is the location. It will be difficult to get to hotel with big luggages. Anyhow you can ask the hotel for help.

It was very clean and very quiet. Ig you like the nature , I will recommend Heri. The breakfast is also delicious especially banana pancake is excellent. Staffs are very nice and helpful.

- as many stated before, the access: I thought the problem would be the luggage, but they come and help you by taking the luggage by scooter. The actual problem was going and coming to the accommodation at night. It gets really dark and it was uncomfortable for me as a solo traveler. Be careful with the scooters and the holes on the floor - construction going on on top of the room ruins the atmosphere from 9am to 5pm. I understand it is something necessary, but also something to consider for other travellers - amenities are not the best, but expected due to the price

- really good location near the centre of Ubud - helpful and considerate staff - modern and spacious room - quiet and peaceful atmosphere/view in normal conditions (if no construction) - great value for money - feels very private, no outside noise at all

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Heri House. Everything was excellent! The location is perfect—very close to all the shops, cafés, and restaurants. The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented every morning. The bed was very comfortable, and I especially loved the cozy terrace with a lovely garden. Highly recommended!

-Only accessible by scooter which hindered me getting around. I don't normally ride them especially without helmet. Hated I had to keep asking for rides. -Water didn't drain properly so it'd spilled over to floor -Staff don't restock -Rooster crowing -Language barrier -Have to be back to room/eat by dark (too dark/secluded) -Very hard to find -Used another driver, got lost -Returned to room to find that my food was trashed (got extra breakfast) -only one person to contact & when her phone was off, I couldn't reach anyone FYI: -info. online said toothbrush & sanitizer but I didn't see it.

-Nice room -No smoking -Free breakfast/water -Accommodating staff/host -Got rides on scooter. Too far to walk. They even rode with my heavy luggage. -Teapot in rm -Host apologized for a couple of incidents & tried to fix it -Survived another earthquake FYI: please visit Love Spa, ask for Nayla. Smaller waterfalls were amazing. Temple was closed when I left so I couldn't visit.

Excellent location! Very close to UBud central and the room is very cozy . You can have a hot bath there. That’s quite important for me 🤣 When I checked in at the hotel, they told me to wait at Love Spa and ride the 2 scooters to carry me and luggage! Thank you so much 🙏

Everything was beyond expectations.

Gorgeous property looking onto banana trees and other tropical gems. Private and quiet. Kadek and her team are very hospitable and make you feel special. Their attention to detail is fantastic. A few feet to rice fields and small restaurants.
