How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewThe overall is not nice; bathroom smells bad, the pillow was not clean, towels did not absorb well. Furthermore, we are not allowed to park on the GF and must use the 5th or 6th Floor which quite a challenge due to sharp turns and narrow spaces. This may not be suitable for individuals with larger vehicles.

Breakfast was not well supplied or presented. I arrived in the cafe at 7:15a.m. but whole bowls of fruit were empty, not restocked. Other dishes empty or almost empty. Several staff standing around but did not restock or clear tables

Verified reviewOverall, as 4 star hotel, the services are quite good, the way staff served the guest, foods, restaurant, gym, etc. The hotel location is exactly located at the city centre which is easy to commute to the shopping area, tourist attractions, and many more.
Cleanliess was just not as expected... There are many wall, door, floor, ceiling/plafond, carpet, are NOT well maintained. A lot of starch, dirty, even broken. These all might not seems as a good value for money to pay off. The hotel management shall look into this seriously

Verified reviewGood location, food is everyewhere around the area, big room, strong sun light, strong water pressure, and bolsters!
My alergies comes up the very first night, that means a lot of dust in that room. Also the AC seems not working well, although we followed the instruction to close the curtains :) even at night still feels hot. The room is not soundproofed, there’s a festival at the stadion next to the hotel and we cannot sleep until it’s over. Tried to changed the room but the reception said the hotel is already fully booked. Two nights, and my sleep quality couldn’t be worst since a lot of sounds were hear from our room 🥹

There are 2 parking lot. Basement, very dirty & bad smell. P5 is at 5th floor, creepy dark and even no guard in there.
