MalaysiaIt is good location for the traveler to stay as the hotel is located in the center of DenPasar. The staff is helpful as well. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. But then, the subdivision of the hotel, make me confused, because it has two separate lobby and rooms for the guest (premium rooms and standard rooms) in which didn't clearly mentioned. The WIFI is not really satisfied. (on-off) Due to that, the google TV is not function. Overall, it's a nice stay.

FranceOne towel for each of us. We two in the room and there is one towel for each of us. We stayed 3328 3rd floor and the shower room was clogged and the whole toilet was flooded. We didn't have time to tell the receptionist, because we were too exhausted. The lavatory was clogged too.

FranceWe are two in our bedroom and we usually have one body towel each. We need two body towels each to wipe our body and to wrap our hair when when after taking a bath. The drainage in our shower room is clogged so with the lavatory. Our room number of our first stay was ok. When we checked in the second time that is when the shower room and lavatory was clogged. I requested that I don't like teenagers to be our neighbors, because they are noisy.in our second stay ,our neighbors were teenagers and they make a lot of noise outside our bedroom. We need more outlets. There were few cockroaches and few insects in the cabinet and toilet.
The bedroom is ok and always clean. The beddings are always new and smells good. The facilities in our bedroom is excellent.

United KingdomI think hotel should also remind guests to be conscious of how loud they are inside their rooms. We woke up to guests shouting at each other at 12.30am. Then woken up again with their alarms going off from 5am till 6am. We also heard the guest play with their basketball from 7am. Hotel should ask guests to be more considerate and set boundaries.
Room looked like it has some touch ups. Water dispensers rather than water bottles provided - great step towards being environmentally friendly.

United KingdomThe hotel and its room are in need of some serious refurbishment. It looks aged and tired. The bathrooms need to be retiled, updated and mastic applied more neatly to give a more professional finish.
So much to like about this hotel! Breakfast/food: it wasn't extensive, however, what's on offer was super tasty. We stuffed our faces with Indonesian food & fresh fruit every morning (it hit the spot). We ordered room service & used the restaurant a couple of times - the duck was lovely. Room: it was very comfortable (size, bed size, number of sockets, table space to put your belongings). The only part I had an issue with is cleanliness. On our first day, we noticed the shower had not been cleaned properly (the previous guest's dirty still remained). I think the cleaning staff need to be more vigilant in checking all areas of the room for dirt and clean more thoroughly between guest stays. Location: A few things to mention on this, as the location of the hotel is away from the main tourist area. At first, we were in shock but then started realizing how perfect the location was for us. 1. We were surrounded by Indonesians who are so polite, happy & pleasant. 2. We rented a motorbike from the hotel which was convenient & easy to book. There's a petrol pump opposite the hotel - ideal before heading off on our adventures. There's parking in front of the hotel (had peace of mind knowing the bike is kept on the hotel's premises overnight). 3. Over the weekend there's a chicken sate stall opposite the hotel - great cheap eat 4. Fresh food market and a mini-mart 1min away which had a cash machine (ATM) inside. 5. Location of the hotel allowed us to get to the main roads easily and quickly to reach Ubud or other tourist destinations. 6. As the area isn't that touristy, the prices for food, restaurants & shopping are reasonable. Customer service: The staff is so polite, attentive, proactive & pleasant.

KazakhstanThe location is not of much convenience. Because of the heavy traffic jam in the city overall, it was very hard to get to the places on a taxi cab (though if you are going to drive a bike, you might be getting quicker to the place)
The breakfast was quite good. I also liked the assistance from staff, they were very friendly and kind to us. Room service was also nice.
