For us the area of Kuta was just too busy.. I prefer a bit more chilled vibe.. so if you’re looking for that then this is not for you. However, I couldn’t fault the hotel itself.

Property is great for families. It’s really big and busy.. so lots to keep kids happy.

Excellent resort for families . Kids loved it and they didn't want to leave. Staff were so helpful and nice some of the nicest staff we've ever met . Rooms and facilities were always clean . Great location. Will be back again in the future.

Rooms are ok not spacious enough . It's ok I mean Not a place to sit in pool area as it was over crowded, all cabana were booked ,people book cabanas for whole day and use for couple of hours and leave by leaving their towels for whole day ,those who just checked in doesn't have any provision for seating when their kids r in pool ,pathetic experience after all we are also paying the same amount for stay .they need to book cabans for 4 hours max so that all can enjoy their stay or 25% cabanas (huts) or seating area should be available for new check in people .

BREAKFAST WAS INCREDIBLY BUSY WITH KIDS RUNNING AROUND EVERYWHERE WE NEARLY TRIPPED OVER SOME BUT UNDERSTANDABLE BEING A FAMILY FOCUSED HOTEL.

ALL STAFF WERE SUPER FRIENDLY AND ONE OF THE CLEANEST HOTELS WE HAVE STAYED AT IN OVER 30 TRIPS TO BALI ,AND ITS NOT JUST FOR KIDS.

Absolutely 10/10 second time staying here and can’t fault one thing. Amazing variety at breaky and very accomodating for those with dietary requirements. So friendly with the children and overall just 10/10. Would stay again can’t get enough of it even after 3 weeks.

The room was advertised with a 'balcony'. It's not really a balcony at all. You can fit a small towel rail on it. This meant the room was considerably smaller than we thought it would be, as there was no extra space. The breakfast wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be.

Lovely hotel in the center of Kuta. Easy to walk everywhere. The kids enjoyed the waterslides and kids pool.

The staff was very attentive, the location is superb, just in front of the beach, great facilities for kids and adults. Kudos to our cleaning guy for creating towel animals 😁

Only thing I would say if the curly stairs in the loft room are way too small. I’m a small adult myself but I didn’t like the idea of climbing up them. The room restaurants are expensive but the food was nice.

Everything, it was amazing. You really don’t have to leave if you just want to spend time at the pool. Our room was recently renovated and was amazing.

Only the fact that it’s in Kuta, we don’t particularly love the hustle and bustle around the area when we were trying to eat out. In saying that There are a few options of food within the hotel which is great so if you don’t want to you don’t have to really leave if you can’t be bothered with the craziness of Kuta

The room was not very clean for out standards. The breakfast was boring, repetitive, not tasty, and the level of hygiene was way below acceptable levels. The towels didn't smell fresh, specially the ones at the pool. Seems like they dry them without proper washing. The photo session prices were too expensive for what we got. The biggest issue is the insulation of the rooms, you can literally hear everything in the room next door and the door slams in the hallway in the early mornings and late evenings. This insulation issue needs to be resolved so people could also have proper rest while in their rooms.

Large pool with many activities and slides for the kids. The sand pool was unique and a pleasant experience.
