We stayed at this hotel because we arrived very late in Bali, and its location close to the airport was really convenient. The price was also reasonable. The hotel itself was okay — perfect for staying the night, but not much more. The room was very clean, which was great, but there was a strong smell coming from the toilet that was quite unpleasant. Overall, if you’re looking for a quick, affordable stay near the airport, this hotel is a good option.

Wouldn't be my choice for holiday accomodation. Generic big hotel on busy road but served it's purpose as overnight convenient stay between connecting flights.

I didn't like the location. Not much close by. The rooms were dated and need updating. The breakfast needs more variety.

Property not too far from airport, on a main stretch of road so plenty round as far as restaurants, markets etc go. Welcome drink voucher are given upon check in for the bar. Easy check in/out process.

Smell of drains in the bedroom, but moved to a new room very quickly. Limited choice of evening meal menu.

We used it as a transit since our flight landed late. The location is 10 mins from the airport however the facilities in our room seemed to be outdated. The staff were excellent and friendly. Also the had breakfast at the cafe next morning which was good

The pictures from the site were a little bit deceiving.

We had to wait 6 hours for our flight, therefore we found the Sovereign Bali Hotel quite affordable and close to the airport, so we booked the room to freshen up and have some rest. The room was of a good size, so was the bathroom, and the bed was ok.

It was for the price we paid. The hotel was close to the airport. The Japanese restaurant downstairs was excellent.

Air con not adjustable. Bath tube dirty, difficult to wash on foot and all the place gets wet. Coffee-break don't have a good Coffee to drink. Bed sheets dirty with some blood stain. SPA not working before 14:00. So for the price paid you can find much better options.

Staff helped with the extra bed for my kid. Staff gives fast answer by the Booking app when required.

I dont like how they handle the check in, it was horrible, i book this hotel to check in at 2 oclock, guess what time i check in? 5.30, the reason behind it was the linen was laundrying outside the hotel, so they got traffic on the way to the hotel and i need to wait for it, which is none of my business, they act like i need to accept it and do nothing about it.. i was being super nice but the staff is lack of profesionalism, they offer absolutely nothing, at peast do something.... and they let us wait in the sofa until 5.30 like its a joke? We paid to come there its not like we get it for free?? And i need to check every 30 minutes if the room is ready or not.. and by the time the room is ready, im the one who check it in the receptionist! They dont even get their self in a hurry to tell me my room is ready.. This is what i experience.. and I DONT EVEN SHOUT OR COMPLAIN THERE, but u guys need some work and know that ur staff is careless.. if u are in my position i guarantee u will get so upset.. they rob 3,5 hours from you and give you nothing.. not even a water..

It was a little more isolated than I expected. Also Grab taxi service wasn't great.

Beautiful location with a good view. Large comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. There wasn't a restaurant which I don't mind as there were a couple of places a few hundred metres down the road which were cheap but good. A restaurant at the hotel would have been nice as the heavens simply poured down on the evening we arrived.

Unfortunately, we would not recommend staying at the Soverign Hotel. We had stayed at this location before Covid, and it felt quite different to how it does now. One of our rooms smelt of sewerage, the other smelt of mould. The facilities such as the shower are not in the best shape, they are dated and rusted. The windows and lifts are dirty. The photos are quite deceiving - the rooftop pool is lovely and looking at the planes flying so closely is great, but there are no cushions on the chairs and no umbrellas so it is quite uncomfortable to sit outside for too long.

The staff were lovely and attentive, the location is great if you are needing to reach the airport quickly. There is also a great, very large souvenir store right up the street

How mouldy the shower area was. And the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned. Didnt take shoes off even in the shower. Asked for a late check out was told no. Check out was at 12 they called me at 11.30. On check out I was taken back to the room because my mascara had left marks on the pillow case. I was mortified. They then had someone from housekeeping come with liquid to wash the pillow case. The mascara came off easily but they found a spot of something on another one and it was barely visible, I dont know what it was, and that did not wash off. They CHARGED me for a pillowcase!! Not sure why but this shows up as my husbands review!

Breakfast selection was huge. Plenty to satisfy every customer.

We only stayed one night after arriving late from the airport but from what we experienced the hotel was in an excellent location, with a nice big bedroom and bathroom. We did not make use of any hotel facilities but we offered a free welcome drink. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a driveway which is helpful when booking a taxi so you aren’t hanging around on the road to be collected. Hotel felt very safe.
