We stayed at this hotel because we arrived very late in Bali, and its location close to the airport was really convenient. The price was also reasonable. The hotel itself was okay — perfect for staying the night, but not much more. The room was very clean, which was great, but there was a strong smell coming from the toilet that was quite unpleasant. Overall, if you’re looking for a quick, affordable stay near the airport, this hotel is a good option.

Wouldn't be my choice for holiday accomodation. Generic big hotel on busy road but served it's purpose as overnight convenient stay between connecting flights.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the Cafe was tasty and good price.

I didn't like the location. Not much close by. The rooms were dated and need updating. The breakfast needs more variety.

The staff were lovely and attentive, the location is great if you are needing to reach the airport quickly. There is also a great, very large souvenir store right up the street

Unfortunately, we would not recommend staying at the Soverign Hotel. We had stayed at this location before Covid, and it felt quite different to how it does now. One of our rooms smelt of sewerage, the other smelt of mould. The facilities such as the shower are not in the best shape, they are dated and rusted. The windows and lifts are dirty. The photos are quite deceiving - the rooftop pool is lovely and looking at the planes flying so closely is great, but there are no cushions on the chairs and no umbrellas so it is quite uncomfortable to sit outside for too long.

Breakfast selection was huge. Plenty to satisfy every customer.

How mouldy the shower area was. And the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned. Didnt take shoes off even in the shower. Asked for a late check out was told no. Check out was at 12 they called me at 11.30. On check out I was taken back to the room because my mascara had left marks on the pillow case. I was mortified. They then had someone from housekeeping come with liquid to wash the pillow case. The mascara came off easily but they found a spot of something on another one and it was barely visible, I dont know what it was, and that did not wash off. They CHARGED me for a pillowcase!! Not sure why but this shows up as my husbands review!

Property not too far from airport, on a main stretch of road so plenty round as far as restaurants, markets etc go. Welcome drink voucher are given upon check in for the bar. Easy check in/out process.

Close to airport, nice rooftop with large pool. Excellent location for planespotters to take photos of arriving and departing planes from DPS airport from rooftop terrace.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good with lots of options.

We only stayed one night after arriving late from the airport but from what we experienced the hotel was in an excellent location, with a nice big bedroom and bathroom. We did not make use of any hotel facilities but we offered a free welcome drink. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a driveway which is helpful when booking a taxi so you aren’t hanging around on the road to be collected. Hotel felt very safe.
