Great location on the oceanfront. The young guys who work there are very polite.

The whole place is very run down. The ceiling in the bathroom was ready to collapse. 5 night stay the room was never cleaned or towels changed. The grounds are unkempt and rubbish lying around.

Lovely location, up the quieter end of the island. Can just walk straight out onto the beach to go snorkelling. Owner and staff mega friendly too. Loved this place.

Bit of a basic toilet setup, could do with a bit of a refresh. But what do you expect you’re on a small island. Bit of a walk to get there from the port too… (but it’s worth it)

The guys who run this place bring the vibes!! Fun, happy, attentive & genuinely there to ensure you have a great stay. They can organize almost anything you need. They were also helpful in guiding us about how much was fair to pay for many things. The location is epic 🙌🏼 Turtles out the front almost every day. Sunrise is gorgeous. Food is simple but delicious 👌🏽 Good aircon, comfy beds & pillows 😊

The rooms & the grounds are starting to require a bit of love & maintenance. A few updated peices of furniture would be great & a new toilet seat in room 9 👍🏾 We stayed in room 9 & later in room 6. Room 9 aircon is unreal while number 6 struggles. Room 9 great hot shower, room 6 cold shower. It would makefor a much nicer stay if the rooms matched the level of the epic people that bring such great energy to the place

Great location good for snorkling to see turtles just outside accomodation. Had great full shade areas to relax during the day with friendly service.

Very friendly and caring staff, lovely location, nice rooms Nice breakfasts,And just very nicely done. Next to the sea great for snorkelling with lots of turtles and great views of mount rinjani.

Staff were very helpful. Property was old but clean, great location for snorkling with turtles and very handy full shade shelter right on the seafront.

Wifi was a bit hit and miss but worked most of the time

Old and worn out, the shower was cold, bed hard and sheets threadbare.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room with balcony right by the beach for a good price.The pool was refreshing and clean and the shelters by the beach were comfortable with cushions . Snorkeling with turtles " at the front door" was amazing! We will stay again!

A sunshade for the balcony would be great.

Everything was amazing, from the friendly staff at the reception, always available to share tips about Gili Air, to the delicious breakfast, and finally the superb location. It's literally right in front of the beach, where you can jump into the water early in the morning and see plenty of turtles. I absolutely loved staying here.

Location, very friendly well spoken staff, breakfast was a delight, booked for 5 nights, extended to 10 Awesome !!!!

Staff is great! Location is perfect for sunrise just in front and sunset 5min away... Turtles in front. Room is big and confortable!

The doors didn't close properly, swimming pool and room without maintenance, toilet too basic and poor materials (plastic taps), only one plug in toilet and room, lazy staff. It could be much better

We loved our stay here. Room was spotless, great size, AC amazing, good balcony, perfect location, pool, friendly staff, good food for breakfast and restaurant at night. Cheeko and adi made our stay extra special they are amazing people ❤️
