The room was spacious and benefitted from a balcony

I was asked by the manager what time I was checking in and responded saying I’d be there from 5pm-6pm. When I arrived at 6pm, no one was around, so I had to wait a good 15 minutes for someone to then arrive on the premises. I was then told that my room was not ready and needed to be cleaned, and so had to wait a further 45 minutes for it to be cleaned The aircon in the room wasn’t working which meant that the room was very stuffy and hot

The staff was amazing! And some of them spoke English which was great! The room was clean. Room was huge and super comfortable! The rice breakfast was great. The omelette breakfast was not so good.

The bathroom saw better times and could be cleaner! There is no view out of the window/balcony.

The staff were helpful and nice

There was mould all over the walls, the bathroom was filthy, stains all over the sheets and pillows- we asked for the sheets to be changed which they were but replaced with more stained sheets that’s didn’t smell clean. They swapped out our pillows but the new ones were mouldy. The location and the staff were lovely.

It is quite most of the time and the staff were friendly

I did not like the quality of the facility. One of the light in the room was out since I came. The wi-fi password was never given. The water pressure was weak on the third day.

Nice location in a quiet area. Friendly staff. Cheap price, great for a transit night in Denpasar.

Yellow pillows, could be overall cleaner but for that price the comfort meets your expectations.

Breakfast was included but it would arrive with a cover over it that was filthy ( covered in dust, oil and gecko poo) Easy to ignore that and just get brekky out in the town as this place is a good place to stay especially for the price in denpassar

The room was really dirty and full of mold, when I arrive they asked me to pay before see the room, but when I entered in the room the moldy smell was too bad and I started to fell sick, the room was not even like in the picture. We booked somewhere else and we left the property after 30 minutes.

The only thing I liked was that I didn't stay for more than 2 nights.

There was mold in the bathroom. It smelled bad and gave me a headache.

Hotel is in Bali style, very nice. Staff are extremely helpful and the room and breakfast were great! Westerners need to be aware, in Indonesia they don't differentiate dishes for breakfast, lunch or dinner 😋
