It is quite far from the main area of Nusa Penida , so if you don’t have any bike or car, it is inconvenient, but our hotel manager was very helpful with his own bike he would drop us to any location and there is a taxi driver of that hotel

We really loved our stay here! The room was super cozy and clean, and the most amazing views with a great pool. Komang made us feel right at home, always ready to helps us, a great professional. It’s just a little sad there was no hot water, and the shower wasn’t separated from the rest of the bathroom, so the floor would get all wet. A part from that, it was totally worth it, such a lovely place to stay.

We stayed for 2 nights but wish we could have stayed longer! The owner (and his very sweet daughter) are very friendly and helpful, he arranged a taxi for us and we could easily rent a scooter to get around the island. Lots of nice beaches and other spots are easy to get to from the accommodation. The facilities in the room were good and the bed was very spacious and clean. The pool was great with an amazing view! The breakfast was also very good, freshly made with different options. Overall it was a great stay and we hope to return in the future!

The property was a lovely unique and modern build which was always clean and in great condition. The room was a great size and very comfortable. Komang was excellent and a very hardworking host who was always there to help if we needed anything. He helped with transport, sorting a bike out and even got up early to prepare us breakfast one morning as we were up and out early. Always above and beyond.

If you have mobility issues or need a car to get to the location it will be a bit of a walk down the path. I used a scooter so there was no issue.

It was a small location from the main busy area (15 minute scooter ride) I really needed a place that was quiet and peaceful and this place was it! The property was beautiful and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The owners were incredibly helpful and gave suggestions on places to go and things to do. The owners also arranged my scooter for me and gave me lift down the day I left.

Everything was fantastic! We were so sad to leave after finding such a beautiful place to stay! The pool is spectacular, so peaceful and clean. The rooms are very spacious, clean and great AC. The bed was really comfortable and a great shower. They also offer balinese massage by the pool or in your room which was so relaxing! Finally, the staff were so accommodating, lovely and helpful. I honestly can't say anything bad about this place and would love to come back!

Exceptional stay! The property has four lovely bungalows overlooking a peaceful pool and a small garden terrace with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. It’s quiet, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful—especially Komang, who made our stay even more enjoyable. He helped us organize most of our boat trips around the islands, all at the same prices you find online. It was super convenient and showed how much locals here support each other. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, a real highlight of our stay. The pool was always clean and perfect for a refreshing swim. Overall, a 10/10 experience—we would definitely stay here again!

We visited Nusa Penida in March and initially booked one night at Green Sunrise Hill View—but we ended up staying for four nights because we loved it so much. The room was simple but spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Just in front of our room was a lovely, well-maintained pool overlooking a lush green valley—such a peaceful and relaxing setting. The hotel is located in a calm part of the island, yet it’s still conveniently close to the harbor, about 15 minutes away by car or scooter. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but for everything else, having your own transport is essential. For us, the location was perfect—we explored the island by scooter, which the caretaker kindly arranged for us. Speaking of the caretaker—he truly made our stay special. He lives on-site with his wife and adorable daughter, and they made us feel like part of their family. He was incredibly helpful, organizing our transport, scooter rental, and even a snorkeling trip. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend Green Sunrise Hill View to anyone visiting Nusa Penida!

Areas for improvement: establish rules and put them in the rooms and inform guests of them. There are currently no regulations regarding noise pollution, and if you encounter noisy neighbors, it will be difficult to rest. Is the pool commercial? Please put a swim diaper on the 2.5-year-old child, for hygiene reasons. In conclusion, we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great guesthouse located 4.5 km from the center. It's easy to get around with a scooter. It feels like a peaceful countryside, quiet, lush vegetation, beautiful nature, infinity pool. We're close to a few animals: dogs, chickens, cows on the horizon. Sheets, pillows, and towels are clean. Recently renovated with modest furnishings. Owners are very accommodating, helpful, and kind.

Dream accommodation for us. Amazing infinity pool with looking down to the jungle, away from civilization. Only 4 kilometers from the port by taxi. The manager and its family were super funny, friendly and helpful with every single issue we had including booking taxi back to the port and ferry tickets for us to continue our jorney for a very good price. Scooter available for rent and great restaurants couple of minutes away (recommend Red Pomelo). Small very cheap shop nearby. Right next to the temple and if you’re lucky you can hear out the ceremonies. If you wanna see local living, it’s 100% recommended.Everything is clean and well maintained.

Everyone was just the most welcoming and helpful! On top of the breathtaking view and the very quiet surrounding they could help with every request. I got invited to a local Wedding by a friend and the staff helped me find a proper Outfit for a local price and even made sure my hair will fit the Tradition. I brought a friend and they upgraded without a blink of an eye. A driver got contacted for further away places and a scooter was provided.
