I honestly can't think of anything I would complain about.

Please was amazing. Spotless. Pool was excellent, bed was very comfortable, staff superb. Location perfect, 3 minute walk from main road. If I had to be critical the shower could have been more powerful. 99 / 100.

This place exceeded our expectations - it’s located in a quite area with plenty of good restaurants in a walking distance (5-7 min). The staff is very polite and always smiling, constantly running an extra mile to make you feel like a boss. Fabulous breakfast with fresh juice, fruits, pastries and a huge variety of main course to choose from. Main beaches of Nusa Dua are located 10-15 min by car. Highly recommend this hidden gem. We will definitely come back when visiting Bali.

At times the staff could come round and clean away empty drinks a bit quicker by the pool, whilst offering more drinks. I would have spent much more money on drinks and food if they had circulated the pool and asked me frequently what else I would like.

The overall upkeep was amazing, the gardens are beautiful kept by the gardener - Pasta. All staff went above and beyond, especially Ariel who was always ready to help.

There were a few minor oversights or delays with requests, but communication was smooth and the staff always did their best to resolve things quickly — so overall, I was very satisfied. The location is peaceful and quiet, which I appreciated. Just note that the last 250 meters to the hotel is through a very narrow alley, so some taxis might not be able or willing to enter. However, the hotel staff were always ready to assist in those situations, so it wasn't a major issue.

Not that we didn’t like it, it was just 100m from the main road.

The rooms were clean, bedding was comfortable, food wasn’t over the top but tasty and the grounds were compact and very relaxing.

I think this place offer a luxury stay for a very reasonable price. I am really pleased with everything, the room was amazing,super clean,cool,comfortable . We had 2 lunches and 1 dinner here, and we were happy with food as well.

It’s a fairly long walk to the beach, but taxis are very cheap. Room walls are thin so you may hear your neighbours. The staff were absolutely lovely with our four year old but there were no other kids staying, so if you want to be around other families one of the beachside hotels/resorts might be better.

Really nice staff and clean rooms with good breakfast and excellent spa for massages on site. Beautiful grounds and great pool. Very good value. We walked to Bumbu restaurant (half a mile away) which was amazing for a traditional Indonesian meal, highly recommended. Manarai at the Sofitel was also great if you want to access a beach club for the day (minimum spend on some seating areas, but you’ll likely cover it with food/drinks), staff were so nice, great comfy seats and really good food/drinks.

This is a oasis the staff are friendly breakfast gets a bit boring but good the massage is very good and well priced we ate there in the evening and every meal was beautiful with a good selection and good value just down the road you have shops bars and karaoke would definitely go back Thanks to all the staff
