The place itself is cute and beautiful, especially the garden. We book this place for many years, and unfortunately it is running down... You can still book without worries, the room is large, ther eis hot water, cleanless is okay, it is safe - but some AC does not work so make sure you message them before arrival to get a room with a working AC. Little bit of touch and love would awake this place again.

The room’s facilities are old and aging. Some of them are already broken including the TV, lights, cupboard and rocking chair. There are a few lizard poop (big size) found in the toilet during check in and caused the bad smell in the toilet. Hotel management needs to do something about these.

The surrounding full with green natures and nice decoration around the hotel with bali style swimming pool. The room and toilet are spacious. The bed is comfortable and big.

The surrounding area was pretty abandoned and not much going on, i think this place must be better for a one night transit stop as there was nothing to do.

No available breakfast. Although the place had potential, and all the facilities in the room, which at first glance appeared to be clean, it was run down, lacking in maintenance and this showed everywhere on the property. Simple things like the tea and coffee cup tray which was clean, but in such a state of disrepair with bits peeling off that it looked actually very dirty, best removed than have it looking like that - hygiene alert. The TV didnt work and staff told us that all the rooms were the same; there was no arial working for a long time because the owner was in Bali. Our front sliding door wouldn't close properly, issues with the lock that took many attempts as door did not line up with the lock . The first room we wanted closer to the pool had a very noisy high pitched sound/ AC clearly broken, so we were offered a different room. The bedding included a duvet with no cover which is unheard of in a hotel leaving doubts about hygiene , one of the towels we got looked like it had maybe fallen on the floor outside when wet and had dried splats of mud all over it. The pool was shoved up in a corner between two crumbly walls and out of sight , it looked like an afterthought and unplanned; very long term mildew on all the stone work,. Let's put it this way. It was ok for a quick swim but not somewhere you would want to hangout as it was not an inviting pool either, not like photos; nowhere to lounge in the sun, no sunbeds, no flat area around the pool, you kind of have to climb from a path straight into the pool. Shame missed opportunity there as the garden was spacious and the pool could have been a feature amongst the trees surounded by the rooms. This hotel might have once been ok in its hayday but definitely no reason to particularly stay there unless everywhere else is full and you need a place to stay which was our case.

It was cheap and was available as everywhere else was full. The layout if the rooms, chalet style was cute around the garden .

This stay was disappointing. There was a lot of mold growing in my room and the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to cave in. The wallpaper in the room was falling off the walls and the towel had stains on it. It worked for one night, but I would not stay here again.

Having a fridge in the room was nice. A/C worked well.

Beautiful hotel with a garden and pool, the room is big and clean. The staff helped us for renting a scooter since it’s pretty far from everything. Overall, our stay was really nice ! Thank you

The member of staff who booked us in was very lethargic and disinterested. The air conditioning in the room made a screeching noise We eventually managed to get a room with a different type of air conditioning unit which only made the noise you expect from air conditioning. Sadly the restaurant that was once there was closed down.

Everything was ok until about half past midnight when I was just going to sleep. I smelled a weird smell and something rustling under our bed. I looked under it and saw a rat. We informed the reception but the guy knew like 5 words in English. He said the hotel was full, that he couldn’t do anything about it, and went back to watching his youtube videos. So I pulled the mattress out on the porch and we spent the night sleeping outside because it was impossible to get any other accommodation at this hour and we didn’t want to sleep inside with rats happily strolling around the room. In the morning we asked for a refund but the lady said that was impossible and gave us a bullshit excuse. I can understand that rats can infest a room without knowledge of the staff (despite the fact that there were rat feces behind the bed, probably not from the previous night), but what I cannot let go is the staff’s complete lack of cooperation. They did not find us a replacement room and they did not agree to any form of compensation and that is the sole reason for such a negative review. Also no morning sex :(

The restaurant in the premises was closed. There are a lot of other restaurants around so it's not a big deal, but it would've been convenient. Also you get 2 tiny bottles of water every day which is not enough and there's no further free water dispenser available unfortunately.

The settings and the garden are really nice. It's just outside the more touristic area and there were a lot of local tourists in the hotel, which was nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful and caring. Despite it being next to a busy road it was one of the most relaxing stays in my 2 months in Indonesia.

The door was broken which meant that anything could come into our room and we couldn’t lock it. To our surprise, there was actually a mouse in our room and a cockroach and lizard in the bathroom. felt like a zoo

I relooked at looked at the photos before reviewing.I personally clean ,maintain short term rentals .My opinion is they put the least amount of money and effort in cleaning and maintaining the property .I was pointing out things to my wife like can you believe that and look at this .The towels where so heavily scented from the laundry detergent as to be unusable.Pool look alot worse in photos .The garden setting is pretty nice though.Inside it's worn and dirty

The garden in this hotel is SO beautiful, I can see that they took a great care of it! The pool was nice too! the room has a great interior over all, and I love the sliding door because I got the view of the beautiful garden!
