There were a few things that can be better. As we stayed at the Presidential Suite, we were disappointed with the maintanance of the room. 1. The floor doesn't seems to be cleaned properly. We had to use indoor slippers/our own slippers while moving around the room. 2. The toilet flush in the masterbedroom seems to have a problem. 3. The breakfast menu and the room service food could be better.

The staffs were generally very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was strategic as there are lots of eateries around.

The air conditions are not good enough. It’s a central AC and the second day I have to call to hotel maintenance to check and do something. Internet is not much speed and stable . Felt that hotel food and drinks are pricy compared to others.

Rooms and bathrooms are clean . The staff is friendly and price is very reasonable. Just across the road of the hotel there is a good shopping mall. 200 m away mc Donald’s restaurant is located. 1-1.5 km away you can try all the local foods in many restaurants .

I have been several times stayed in this hotel was always perfect, this time little bit dissapointed ,maybe the room that i stayed must get attention. Because the wall is dirty ,the wallpapers is old, the wardrobe old i cant even closed it (if i did made cracked sound), water jug was old and deffected (the cover was loose). The rest was ok. Especially the staffs they are friendly. I hope the management take this seriously because i will come back for sure to this hotel if they take a good care.

The food that i order very tasty, the location is easy to go everywhere and plus point closed to the mall.

Air conditional at room 1002 not working 3 times during my stay for 5 night. They fix it and the next day not working agai. I have to open window to get cool air out site. Drain port of the sink clogged

Breakfast not so tasty. The dessert cakes are quite delicious. However, they sometimes go rancid. For example, the coconut milk that came with the sweet soup was rancid and bubbly one day as shown in the attached picture. It gave me diarrhea all day and then I investigated the cause. You should smell it before eating

The facilities in the room are quite old. Towels are too old and worn out. Wifi is the worst, the speed is about 250kBps making it impossible for me to work. If I go on a personal trip it will be Ok if the wifi is slow, but on an important business trip there will be no next time

Restaurant was not good. 2 times order and dissapointed. To long to wait, food was not taste(i order sop buntut bakar and burger for family) nasi goreng was no taste. The WIFI in the room was really bad. Security, little bit picky. Only guest who come with car they will friendly and open the door. But 1 security was really good ,he was from the back and help me carry things. The rest during my stay was ok.

The room always clean. Because the room attendant cleaned it everyday. Dimas did very good job.

The light is broken. Towel looks very old and brown color (originally white). The shower doesnt look so clean. Spa is available 24hr located in the 3rd floor has weird smell and loooks creepy...I would expect a 4 star to be much better than that. Breafast is ok but doesnt have much variety and mostly the same everyday.
