I stayed in Grand Zuri also in April 2016. It was excellent, and I therefore came back! The breakfast is outstanding with lots of choices and very high quality. In fact it was a good way to get to know the INdonesian kitchen! Staff is friendly. Rooms and facilities are very clean and good-looking.

Receptionist at counter need more welcome.. When they see people in front the counter they need to ask what they need. When I reach at counter to check in the reception people just bother me and they are busy doing something which is I think they need to serve and give priority to me first.. I need to waited 2 3 minutes..

The smells of the room corridor, smells like the old carpet, maybe can add room fragrance or something. And also, Mineral water that provided in the room was only 2 bottles of 330ml and the additional will be charged. At least if you want to limited to 2 bottles, give at least 600 ml, like the other hotel does.

Well maintained and room was clean enough. Breakfast was excellent, in terms of taste and variety. Staff was very attentive to the kids

The property was good, the service was nice but I have one bad experience with one of the lady’s staff in restaurant who work at night time. When i was invited few of my friends to eat, the way she explained about the food that was not available was but rude and arrogant. She is definitely disappointment that ruined our nice staying in the hotel. Hope they will take action for it.

They have a pool, gym and sauna. The staffs were very polite, fast response and helpful. The location is in the main road but the room is quiet, near the shopping centre, restaurant, waterpark, mosque, highway, hospital, and only 35 minutes to airport. The food was amazing, have many choices of menus and cooked in proper way. The restaurant is clean, tidy and cozy.

facility no hand towel, limited shower gel limited tissue toilet paper no make up mirror in bed room area. it usually put in bed room area with a chair. the make up mirror in toilet (next to toilet bowl) and i must stand. while my leg is after surgery, i can not stand longer. and the space for make up mirror to stand is also very narrow

Honestly the room is not meet my expectation due to the size of bed for Twin Bed are 100x200 which commonly that I'm used in another's place are minimum 120x200 (need to mentioned on description at Booking.com). In addition, I had a negative experience as a result of the fact that the Taxi that I had reserved beginning in the evening was not ready when I went to check out.

Both the front desk employees and management of the hotel were exceptional in their respective roles. There is no room for debate regarding the cleanliness of the Hotel. as well as the Restaurant was great especially during Ramadhan.

Wood color style in the room were odd. Liveable and comfy room but weird. Loud music during breakfast... Had to sit outside because we couldn't talk to each other.

The reception area was beautiful. The room was clean and simple. Breakfast spread was nice.
