How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Gym terrible. Definitely only 1 star. Breakfast ok but need a proper barista and coffee station as coffee is terrible and constantly cold. The kids play equipment at pool desperately needs a shade sail as outdoor slide and climbing gym is dangerously hot for a child. It is not as pictured in the add where it looks like it has water over it. These are only constructive criticism but overall very good, and I would stay again.
Location great. Staff excellent. Kids club and kids pool are fantastic. Rooms are perfect and great size. Bed comfortable.

The food and beverages were expensive. There were limited sun beds around the pool with people putting their towels there early and not using them to some time later no doubt!
The room was extremely comfortable, the right size with excellent hot water pressure. The pool was sparkling and spacious.

Loved our stay but the noise coming from the next hotel room was ridiculous. which i complained about twice.

No flexibility. With the vouchers that were issued. They said you could only pick from the set drink and food menu. Not their regular menu. Did not state this on the vouchers.

We had an extremely loud neighbour who allowed their child run around the room, slamming doors for over an hour at 1:30am. This is understandably not the hotel's fault. There weren't enough lounge beds available around the pool. The majority, if not all, lounge beds would be 'taken' by 9:00 am, often by guests placing a towel or item on the lounge beds and not returning for hours. This was unfair for guests who wanted to enjoy the pool area but couldn't find an unoccupied lounge chair. On one of the days, only 30% of the loungers were being used at 1:30pm, assuming the guests were off shopping or eating lunch in a nearby restaurant. They need a better system so everyone gets fair use of the facilities. My daughter caught conjunctivitis from the kids room, of course this is a risk at any childs play centre and I dont expect the toys to be disinfected often, but just something to consider
Great for kids, we travelled with our 1-year-old, who absolutely loved the kids' pool and kids' room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and loved interacting with our daughter whenever they had the chance. The location was great for sunset drinks—lots of great cafes nearby and beach clubs. The Greek restaurant nearby is a must!

I had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to its incredibly convenient location. It’s just a short walk from the local markets and the beach, which made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. The staff were consistently welcoming and professional, offering attentive customer service throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, they made sure all my needs were met with a friendly attitude and prompt assistance. The dining buffet was another highlight—there was a good variety of dishes, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. It was a great way to start and end the day. My room was always spotless, thanks to the housekeeping team who maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Coming back to a tidy, well-kept space each day made the experience even more comfortable.

The hotel is gorgeous with exceptional food, service and amenities. The beach is a few steps away. The staff are so kind and respectful. I had a few issues at first but the duty manager helped resolved them generousely.

Food (hotel restaurant BATUR’s low Google rating pretty much says it all), hence breakfast, inconsistencies in quality—like flimsy furniture, plastic wine glasses, saucer for serving snacks, sewage smell in the bathroom—that didn’t quite match the overall standard

For the amount I ate the breakfast wasn't worth the value. It would be good to be able to choose one or two items from a menu to suit different appetites but appreciate that might not be possible, and the buffet style suited the others I was travelling with. The gym didnt have much equipment, we had expected a little more from a resort of this size.
We had breakfast on the first day, lots to choose from and the coffee was good. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Plenty of available seats. The pool area was lovely, always managed to find a chair to lounge on. The cocktails were delicious. We enjoyed the local music being played in the foyer. Beds were super comfy and the rooms nice. Would definitely come back again.
