Very noisy neighbors in nearby room were having a party just outside my room at all hours of the night. I asked them to quiet down but they did not. Also I could not sleep because there were one or two mosquitos in my room, even on the 3rd floor, and they can easily enter through openings in the bathroom. I was there during rainy season and the next property had lots of puddles and mud for mosquitos to breed. I smelled a lot of cigarette smoke too because people smoke outside their rooms.

Located right on the main road about 20 minutes walk from most places. Excellent price and kind staff. You can go up on the roof and get a great view.

Although it wasn't far from the shops and restaurants at night it was very dark walking back along the road which felt dodgy as a solo female traveller

I had the room 101 which is next to the stairway and where the stuff stay so it would get quite loud if people were passing by or talking. The mosquitos were a bothersome but I got some spray from the stuff and went on a hunt to clear them.

Unfortunately like lots of places in Indonesia, their drainage system is not set up properly and doesn't have a "P trap". Therefore the smell from the drain in the bathroom comes back into the room. The smell was really bad. I couldn't stay more than one night.

We booked a double room but they put us in a twin, promising to move us after the first night, but never did so. The pool was green and murky until the last day of our 6 night stay, which is a shame because it's nice when it's clean. The towels were extremely old and tatty. Our room was not during our 6 night stay (though perhaps this is something that needs to be requested). Some noise from mosques but not as bad as the town centre

Helpful, friendly staff - very responsive through WhatsApp. Rooms were modern and clean, beds were comfy, shower was powerful with good hot water supply. Wifi was initially bad but they switched on an extra router and worked much better! Pool was nice when they eventually cleaned it. You probably need a scooter to get back and forth to central kuta! Only 20 mins walk but it's hot.

It is just not maintained well enough... The shower had so much calcium that I could easily scrape of with my fingertip. A nice deepclean and some maintainence would make a big difference. Same goes for the pool. It is nice but dirty. There is so much more potential. When I went to sleep there was a huge gekko that I wanted to take a picture of because I love gekkos (and that was my own fault as I had the door open for a while to get the air less dry). When it hid under the bed I looked under the bed and that made me seriously wonder when that had seen a broom for the last time. Gross. Pieces of trash, a layer of dust, just not necessary. Wifi is iffy, not working the way it should. But then again, what can you expect for such a price?

The bed is huge and comfortable. The shower is the best I had in Indonesia with awesome pressure and temperature. On a first glance it does look clean. And the way the room is decorated is supernice. It is very affordable, AC works great and the location is super. The balcony has a nice view, I really enjoyed sitting there.

When arriving I received very friendly greeting and beautiful smile from Tia. She is very helpful with all my questions. I think that Tia was the very best of the staff, I hope her manager gives her big thanks for amazing job

The personel there obviously do shifts, some of them were rude and had a bad attitude. It seems like they stayed themselves at the hotel and were very loud at night... The room smelled like sewer and was not clean at all! Also it was almost impossible to shower the water was boiling hot and if you want to switch to normal temperature water, nothing came out. My recommendation is to stay away

The hot shower is so nice and the beds are very comfortable and clean. We will stay again on our next visit. Great value for money and the staff are very polite and friendly too.
