AustraliaThe Showerhead that didn't work. The Spray Leak outside Bathroom door, dripping manky water onto the only place to walk in and out of Villa (so spraying on me as I walked in and out) - also causing a Black slimey, slippery Paver... I complained on 3rd Day - NOTHING was ever done.
The Staff at the Restaurant were absolutely amazing.

The villa was nice & the private pool was clean enough. Hired a moped from reception which was really cheap. The WiFi was good

United StatesManagement and advertising. The websites (Expedia, Booking and their own website) advertised the family pool villa as having 3 beds: 2 Queen and a sofa bed. There is no sofa bed. And when we arrived they attempted to charge us for the third bed (even though we had that in our villa already). They then held my passport while trying to resolve the issue. Their behavior was inappropriate and possibly illegal. They held my passport when you had no right to in an effort to extort more money from me for a bed that I already paid for. They then repeatedly called the room during late hours asking us to visit the front desk to pay for the extra bed. While the property is nice and the location is decent, the hotel falsely advertises its beds and the hotel staff behavior regarding my passport and the extra bed was wildly inappropriate and misguided.

But couldn’t use the stove anyway as cooking materials weren’t provided despite having asked for it several times.
