We thought the rooms were quite dark and dated.

We liked the swimming pools, slides and access to the beach. A bonus was the closeness of Bali Collection for shops and restaurants.

It was a great experience overall. The room is big enough for the 4 of us. Breakfast has great variety and quality is good. The hotel has good access to the beach. It can be difficult to find deck chairs by the pool during peak hours. The restaurants were pretty full for dinner during our stay, and we walked around for almost half an hour before settling down in the Italian.

Japanese restaurant - one big major disappointment. Such a contrast to the Indonesian - slow service, tasteless food, tiny portions. Could not understand why it was so popular.

The beach was the best I experienced in Bali. Just exactly what a spoiled traveler may wish - no climbing up and down, no need to wear aqua shoes, no low tides, just good sand and a water straight to the horizon. The room - while the hotel is not contemporary, good room design is never out of date. Loved the balcony facing the beach, loved the bath design and loved bedding. Club guest pool - a delightful experience and extremely good spicy Margaritas! Special thanks to bartenders! Club lounge - a very nice afternoon "snack" tradition! Indonesian restaurant - full of vibe, good service, good food! Shops and retail (although Ralph Lauren store was closed, what a disappointment, loved the dress in the shop window :-))!) - very nice ladies make shopping enjoyable.

Golf simulator in sports bar wasn’t working properly, needs some maintenance or keep kids off it. Pool table also not level and needs maintenance. Check out took too long, midday check out and the queue was extremely long, not enough operators to meet needs of the travellers they have staying. Quite an expensive resort for what it is.

The resort has 4 pools which were great. The Italian restaurant we really enjoyed, meals were beautiful. Breakfasts also great. There are also 4 restaurants on the property. Sports bar was great to watch NRL. Great location right on the beach and also walking distance to other resorts. Various activities going on that you can choose. Great for families. Transport to/from Bali Collective for free was great service. All resort staff were friendly, happy and smiling all the time.

No water activities at hotel beach. They have to take you out of the hotel. Long walking as property is big. Not enough frequency of bugeys to take you to reception or beach.

The rooms are starting to feel outdated. Nothing has changed since our last visit 8 years ago, and the prices doesn’t reflect Bali standards.

Its a little hard to find your way around, but the staff are very helpful with this. We had no idea where to go for breakfast but their customer service via Whats App was very helpful. Also couldn't book a cabana for 3 days so this might have been offered earlier

There is a service for Photos in the resort . The lady booking the photos service was not too cordial ! Additionally the photographer was a lovely lady but didn’t speak in English so it was difficult the communication.

The room are old. Smell of damp on first floor units. Rental bikes looks like they have been stolen from scrap yard) And you pay like 30$ for whole day rental.

The hotel territory is exeptional. It's like a small village. Staff is five of five. Gym is pretty good equiped. The hotels beach is one of the best on Nusa. Rooms with club lounge acess is the best option for families.

It’s a resort so we get that it gets crowded but the hotel manages it very well. Food by the pool can take a while and it would be good to give guests a heads up to book restaurants in advance.

The staff was incredible and consistently warm and helpful. Food is exceptional and the beach out front is pristine. The hotel recommended a snorkeling trip with Oji Bali and it was fantastic guided by the brilliant Ethos.

Old facilities, so big it's not that convenient nor organized, breakfast for the price is not that good 2 days in a row. The bed makes noise and the duvet felt weird. Not so much light inside the room. It's a looot of little things all along the stay that didn't feel like it's worth the price.

The rooms we stayed in were on the West village and it was a bit dated and old for Grand Hyatt. The building exterior was very worn out and old.

We loved the location as it was pretty much across the road from Bali collection shops. Our kids loved the kids club that was available. Pools were also fun and the kids loved the slides. Food was amazing also.

I read someone’s review said that this hotel has an Old Vibe Hotel, well, It is not old vibe but it is an old hotel with bad sound-proofing. Stayed there for three nights and heard the noise from guest next room three nights. To be honest the building itself wasn’t the five star hotel quality anymore and little bit over priced for that.
