United StatesIn the bathroom of our cottage, as spacious as it was, there were absolutely no hooks to hang up our clothes and towels.
The property was very nice, and it was in a pretty good location. The staff was great, and the manager was wonderful. The breakfast was very good, and the pool was very nice. Our room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. This was a very pleasant stay. They arranged day tour & pick/drop off private car package for us. When we requested to change the car , they were very accommodating.

Our stay in Nusa Penida was perfect, thanks to this incredible accommodation and their outstanding service. They arranged our transport on and from the island, including fast boat tickets - such a huge help and completely stress-free. The property itself was stunning - clean and comfortable. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. They assisted us with a great trip to explore all the highlights of the island easily.

We stayed in the newly built two bed doom room, which felt very clean and large. The bathroom was clean with modern fittings. Had complementary a few drinks and chips in the fridge that was lovely. The cottage is really big, with 2 beds, one very big and confy. The staff is amazing, friendly helpful. We had such a good stay, The bedding had such a nice smell, and also the room. The guy that takes care of the property, was amazing and really showed us the island and i can only recommend him for an authentic island tour.

But this isn't an issue if you rent a bike to get around. 10/ 15 mins to all the restaurants near the main Harbour. Local market nearby, but we were warned not to eat there because we don't have a local stomach.
We absolutely loved the cottages. The beds were the comfiest we slept on in Asia. Lovely hot shower. The rooms were huge and they stayed cool. Honestly, we would return tomorrow if we could. Breakfast to the room was lovely. Some fruits and drinks on arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. First of all, the place is very modern and well maintained. We stayed in the family room, which is the largest of the nine cottages on the property. The outdoor setting is stunning, with an abundance of beautiful, colorful plants and flowers. The interior of the villa is also very modern, comfortable, and well designed. The service provided by the owner was outstanding. We joined him for a full-day tour to explore part of the island, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We highly recommend this place and hope to return someday.

The location was absolutely fantastic—intimate, serene, and with a stunning pool that made it a perfect retreat. The bedroom was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, and the bathroom was large and had everything we needed. The service was outstanding, with delicious in-room breakfast, perfect cleaning, and a staff that was always ready to accommodate any request. The owner is the heart of this place, always available to organize private tours and offer great advice. We spent wonderful afternoons together, laughing and joking on his scooter while exploring the hidden and most beautiful corners of the island. I highly recommend staying here to experience the true essence of Nusa Penida!

IndiaIt was a great experience during our stay at the property for 2 nights. Starting with Cakra, who personally looked after our comfort during the arrival, stay and drop-off at the port. We felt the nicety of a caring family member talking to him. What a host! The support staff, especially Gede, ensured to stay at our service all the time. All with a pleasant smile. Finally Abel, an exceptional lad with a top command on English and stand out demeanour. He is bound to rule the hospitality industry in future. People will look into your eyes, my young friend! 😄 All in all, I highly recommend ‘The Grand Daghan Cottage’ for your next visit to the Nusa Penida. P. S. Book a boat from Sanur to ‘Sampalan’ port by Idola company. Its hardly a km from the property (again, the tip given by Cakra).
