Staff were exceptional. The location wonderful and although at this time of the year [End of August /beginning of September] the ocean was beautiful just big waves some of our days. Truly wonderful.We stayed in two rooms very nice well kept and our Honeymoon welcome was unexpected and beautiful. Breakfast included was exceptional as well.

Truly nothing. It was such a great price for what we got and more.

The breakfast was ovely with plenty of fresh fruit. The pool was beautiful and the hotel is beside the beach so I could easily swim in the sea. The room was perfect and had a balcony I could sit on. The property is charming and the gardens were exquisite

Cost of villas for the value is not worthy. There was not privacy as the pool etc was visible from outside and by the garden area where bbq were organized

First time stay at the at Balisani Suites Hotel I am really happy that I made the booking great room with balconey with an ocean view. Staff are friendly and accommodating great breakfast lots of variety loved the egg station with choice of how I would like my breakfast eggs. the pool was great and enjoyed the pool bar.

took a while to get used to stairs I supposed it made up for no onsite gym! Hats off to the porters who carry guest luggage up and down the stairs everyday Thank you.

The staff was amazing, the swimming pool with a beach view was awesome as well. The sunset was an unforgettable experience. Pretty quiet.

Big room, close to the beach, enough restaurants and shops within walking distance, still peaceful area. Nice pool, friendly and helpful staff, good massages.

Overall, it needs some refreshment. What's up with the blankets - it's not placed in a blanket case but between two single sheets. The weirdest thing I've seen. This was our experience everywhere on Bali which is strange: nowhere to put your wet swimsuits to dry. We put them on the wooden railings of the terrace, but that's far from ideal. We were in a room quite far from the reception. It seems like the water heater is somewhere near the reception because it took approximately 10 minutes for it to arrive at the room. One day there was no hot water at all, meaning it didn't even run. The water coming from the tap was dirty (see pictures). The restaurant is subpar at best. Mashed potatoes aren't mashed at all, rather finely grated. The breakfast is disappointing: firstly it lacks in diversity, secondly what's offered is meh...

A good 4 star hotel, directly on the beach

Lots of litter in the area and on the beach. Nothing in walking distance to the hotel

Old style Bali, which was what we expected, lovely gardens, beach side, great staff. But very little neat by, a few restaurants, not much shopping and going by taxi - horrendous traffic. It is the horrendous traffic and not much nearby which means we would not stay there again. Everything else was great.

The pool, staff and breakfast was lovely. The location is a little more remote to restaurants and shops than anticipated, just a few local warungs within walking distance.

The breakfast was excellent, and the location right in front of the beach was perfect. Despite being surrounded by restaurants and the beachfront, the hotel’s ambiance remained quiet and relaxing. They even accommodated our request for an adapter. Both the rooms and restrooms were spacious, and the hotel offers plenty of beautiful spots for taking great photos.

The water was salty, and the hotel should provide enough drinking water for guests. Upon checkout, while we were still in the room, a staff member stood outside the door waiting for us to leave so he could check the room—this felt quite unprofessional. Room inspections should only be done once guests have fully checked out at reception. Also, they should replace the tiny soaps with shower gel and shampoo dispensers, as the small soaps don’t lather well, especially with salty water.

Big pool, big tiled rooms ,great brekkie great staff, pretty good location. Bean bags as well as sun beds was a great touch.

the prices of food at the place were aussieprices so we ate at the warung on the beach instead. the pool deck is badly needing attention, the pool table is useless, either get rid of it or repair , replace it. The rooms need couches in them. I probably will return
