SingaporeIn the suite room, the bathtub + shower was badly designed. Once you take shower while standing, the floor will be flooded. Even when you take a bath, it was quite a mess. The toilet seat is wide but the position is really weird and narrow as facing the wall.
The location is very convenient because it is next to a shopping center with variety of food and supermarket. The suite room was nice and wide. Even the premiere king room was nice. There was a variety of food provided for breakfast, but not all very good. Maybe worth to mention, it is the only hotel that provides bolsters on the bed which is a plus for me!

AustraliaWe found spider webs on corners of the room and one of electric water jug has broken lid. But we were fine with that, and the jug was replaced right away after I informed them.
We we given the mountains view rooms that are not only comfortable but gave us superb view on Merapi, Merbabu, and some other mountains. The swimming pool was clean with city view, but the wind and the water was too cold for us. The jacuzzi worked well and we could order food and drinks as well, and we used the discount voucher given when we checked in, made it even better.

IndonesiaGeneral property maintenance and cleanliness can be improved. Hotel/rooms are becoming outdated. Did not like the stairs from lobby to basement parking.
Hotel location was good, on top of a mall. Good place for transit stay (Drive between Jakarta-Semarang-Yogyakarta). Rooms were spacious and window was huge. Staff was super nice and helpful.

United StatesBiggest issue is the sloooow elevators and lack of stairs. Only 2 cars and they had 10 floors to cover. Many conventions booked here so large groups used the elevators. I like to keep healthy by walking stairs but the stairwells were for emergency use. The buffet could have had a few more non-Indo options, and more sweets like chocolate donuts or filled croissants or ice cream. The toaster was set so low that it took 3 passes to toast a slice.
Staff at check-in were welcoming. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Anin. Convenient location next to Armada Town Square (ARTOS) mall. Buffet had a nice variety of western and local dishes. The porridge and Soto were delicious , as were the eggs cooked to order. the pancakes with chocolate syrup were fun as a dessert to breakfast.

IndonesiaSome minor malfunctions in my room (602). And not necessarily hotel related but some guest are kinda rude and really loud, so i suggest anyone who read this to avoid smokin area in every floor.
Some staff really did an amazing job. Kudos for Mr. Teguh (operational manager), Ms. Natasha (Limaran staff), and Ms. Julieta (GSA/reception).
