The location is very convenient inside the airport, making it easy to access many restaurants. Breakfast is good but it can do better.

NetherlandsBoth the Anara hotels are poorly indicated and somewhat difficult to find from the main arrivals and departure areas since signage is largely missing, but airport staff can tell you where to go. Shower did not drain well flooding the entire bathroom area, also because teh shower area was higher than the rest of the bathroom area. Seems a weird design mistake.

IndonesiaI wish there are more signs for direction from departure and arrival terminal. Location is a bit hidden and difficult to find, can be quite challenging, especially for foreigners.
Great location, connected to terminal 3. Decent size room, clean, relatively quiet considering proximity to runways and airport activities. Special recognition for housekeeping staffs and others. I left my wallet in the room at check out, realized it one day later and called the hotel; the staff kept it safe, and easily traced it in their register; collected it 2 days later in complete and good condition. It could have been a big trouble for me without the staffs' integrity and honesty. Thank you very much!

AustraliaThe hotel is not clearly indicated from the airport arrivals. It was very confusing to find. I took a taxi to find help in finding the hotel. It was difficult for my driver to find the lobby area through the parking station. Instead I could have walked to the hotel in 5 mins. Much more signage to direct guests to the lobby of the hotel.
The rooms are well presented, bed sheets were white and crisp and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small however I rate the rooms 9/10.
