I’m not sure if I was just unlucky, but my room wasn’t clean at all, so I don’t really understand all the positive comments about cleanliness and how “new” it feels — I think it’s a bit overrated. My room was dusty, especially the bathroom, and there were a few bugs on the wall. Even the painting in the room wasn’t hung properly. The soundproofing was also really poor — you can hear traffic from the main road, dogs barking, people talking, and kids crying. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but honestly, for this price in Bali, you can find much better accommodation.

Really lovely rooms that are beautifully decorated and the staff are so kind! We had a really nice stay here.

The location is not in the centre but it’s only about 10 mins in a taxi so it was still quite convenient.

The care, service and attention given by the staff, Gusti and Anum. Just the best, they go out of their way to help in Ubud with laundry, transport and scooters. Are at Warung Hana (about 7 minutes walk away, 1 minute on scooter) multiple times during our stay - great food and mixture of Japanese and western food. There’s a pool there with a view to rice paddy fields for free.

Location is challenging if you don’t have a scooter. You can gojek with a scooter ride into Ubud city centre for AUD$1.50, so it’s cheap.

The room was really clean and very spacious. Tastefully done

The location was on a main busy road with too much noise & traffic, not a good place for walkability to the center

The owners and staff are very attentive, kind, helpful and accommodating. Very light and easy vibe Super convenient location

The two-hand massage was discoordinated, rushed and rough. Didn't feel good, moreover, they put something on my inner elbow (because I had a mosquito bite) that left a chemical burn that is still healing. (took more than a month). I don't think it's part of their team directly, the massage ladies came from the outside, so I am not putting it in the rating, but word of warning for people getting massage.

Lovely property and room with some amenities and a really comfortable bed.

Only issue being that the wi-fi was inconsistent, probably a 6/10. Staff always helpful with trying to fix it tho. Apart from that everything perfect.

Located on a very busy road, walking to the local sights and eateries can be trying.

The price and all the comfort provided are definitely worth it 100%. The hotel staff is simply excellent. They are very attentive and responsible people. I have stayed here twice, so I will consider future booking when come to Ubud!

The bed was very comfortable, I had the balcony with pool view and it was a very relaxing environment.

Room was nice and clean, location was good. Also had a pool which we didn’t use but looked nice. Nice staff also did our laundry for a good price.

The doors/windows weren’t sealed properly, meant there were a lot of bugs/lizards in the rooms but expected in Bali and could hear the music from outside at night.

It was one of the best properties we rented in Bali! Great value for money, very clean and comfortable. Staff is super friendly and helpful! They even invited us to the local ceremony which was great experience. Would definitely stay here again!
