Breakfast was not great. Would prefer more healthy options and fresher ingredients. Towels and linen could do with an upgrade as they’re quite worn out.

A very pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere. The room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed. Excellent location and exceptionally high-quality staff. And finally, a delicious adjoining restaurant (we tried the whole menu!). Unbeatable value for money.

What a hidden gem! The staff were attentive, friendly and so helpful. Great breakfast that we had each morning on our patio and next to an exceptional restaurant, the quarry, next door. It was in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the beach, and so peaceful. The pool was a nice place to hang out in after a day out. One of the nicest places we have stayed, thank you!

As others have written, the only thing we regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

We're a month into our trip and this was our favorite place that we've stayed thus far. The pool was enjoyable, the foliage was beautiful, the service was sublime, the outdoor bathroom/shower was uniquely enjoyable, and the adjacent/connected restaurant is the highest rated in the region.

We loved our stay at Royal Global! The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with vibrant local art. Each room has its own lovely sitting area — perfect for relaxing with a coffee or a book. The whole property has a calm, creative energy that makes it easy to unwind. The owner is absolutely fabulous — warm, welcoming, and full of great local tips. A truly special place! We’ll definitely be back.

very kind staff location very nice ( a short walk from the beach -5min) The Quarry (warrung connected to the hotel ) has a nice and variated menu - also nice staff. the garden and swimming pool are a really nice spot to relax/swim - ( well maintainted) the entrance portal in front of the room is a cozy corner the room is clean and nicely decorated, it has a peacefull atmosphere outdoors bathroom clean

Global Royal Pemuteran is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are very spacious with very comfy beds. The pool area is a relaxing area which was always clean. There is a restaurant on site for food/drinks which was very convenient. It’s a great location to access everything in Pemuteran. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend!

The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom is outside - private - but outside, so that took a minute to get used to. But it was fine. The pool is very nice. Breakfast was good. Staff is lovely too.

Nothing. Maybe the roosters screams in the morning but you are in the countryside so you get used to it ;)

The place is wonderful : In nature, very nice swimming pool, the rooms are beautiful and you have a lot of space included outside, it is a little isolated so better if you want calm but only a few minutes walking from the beach anyway. And the people were extremely kind and helpful. The restaurant was great as well. We absolutely love our stay here, we recommend it and would definitely come back to Global Royal if we come back to Pemuteran. A big thank to the team!

If there was one thing I had to fault it would either be that the pool had a constant film of dust / pollen on the surface, or that the outdoor toilet sometimes got a bit hot in the height of day! But these are really very superficial comments and did not detract from us using either the pool or the toilet! Hahaha!

An amazing find! The last stop on a month long backpacking trip, and it was the best we stayed at! The staff are exceptionally lovely and extremely helpful. The food in the restaurant is incredible too. The room was absolutely stunning. The outdoor bale and seating area was stunning. The pool was stunning, with plenty of beds. Even the door to the bungalow was stunning!!! Inside the room was spacious and beautifully furnished. There was also a very large, locking wardrobe that held all our bags and clothes safely whilst we were out. The outdoor bathroom with waterfall shower was sublime. Unfortunately, I got sick on our last day in Pemuteran and all the staff were extremely concerned, making sure they checked up on me and even making me a herbal remedy to help. We were so grateful to have spent time at Global Royal and to have been so well looked after.

We loved everything about Global Royal: the facilities with a nice pool and beautiful garden, the rooms, spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated, very comfy bed, super friendly and helpful staff. The staff are very flexible and can accomodate to your needs if you ask for a late or early breakfast, and extra coffee at 6am served before our activity is not something you can get everywhere. Thank you! We hope to come back one day.

The bathroom is outside, so at the evening when you want to use it there are musquitos and during the moring it was in the sun so you got burnd while you where showering or on the toilet. The shower is also just one stray of water.

The location is great! A lot of places to go and eat. Close by the ocean. You can do anything by foot. Gojek and grab didn’t work. So the hotel arranged a taxi fot us last minute that was very nice! The pool and private terasse was also great!

As a few others have said, the roosters aren’t quiet!

Lovely staff, gorgeous bungalows (there are only six, so it’s not huge), with a well equipped shared kitchen/eating area and a shared pool. There’s filtered water available in the kitchen and a full sized fridge/freezer. Very tranquil and the pool/garden area is very pretty, with lots of greenery and flowers, and all very well maintained. Two of the bungalows were empty during our stay, and we hardly saw the couple in the other bungalow (as a family of five, we had three bungalows), so we really felt as though we had the whole place to ourselves. Would definitely return here if we ever come back to Pemuteran.

What a lovely place. Situated in a quite location, but in the centre of Pemuteran. The Guest House is well looked after, comfortable rooms, lovely pool and the and the hospitality from the staff has been excellent. They go out of there way to make your stay as comfortable as possible and the added breakfast is great bonus.
