Our experience was excellent. Sukma took care of us in an amazing way, such a kind and helpful person. The rooms were clean and ready even before the check-in time, which we really appreciated. The place is very beautiful and the breakfast was very good. We want to give special thanks to Sukma for helping us with the shoes we had forgotten. A huge thank you. What is there to not like!!?

The perfect getaway. Warm and friendly welcome. Clean tidy villa with daily room reset if required. Bath and pool towels provided and bike hire available. Restaurant on site. Close to local amenities. The lady host is lovely - nothing was too much trouble. The team works tirelessly to meet the needs of visitors, often performing multiple roles.

We didn’t mind but the bathroom could be a bit renovatie (for example the toilet Seat was weathred. Just keep in mind that it is a little noisy but totally fine for us.

This is not a critique of the property as such, more of an FYI for other travellers. It's a bit far from the main stretch closer to the harbour so if you intend to keep going to the restaurants and pubs there, it helps if you rent a cycle/ e-bike. It's too long to walk to the harbour side. (there are restaurants within walking distance as well)

It's a lovely property with spacious rooms and a good pool & closest beach is only a 5-min walk but what really stood out was the warmth of the staff at reception - she was so kind and affectionate! And very helpful with calling a horse cart, boat bookings etc. Thank you!

Amazing rooms, right by to the pool but also private! Nice coffee and breakfasts, great seats around the pool and amazing service from all the staff. The location is also ideal, as it is far from and noisy areas but also in the centre of the island - so only a short cycle from all parts!

Everything was fantastic

Omg to be honest I don’t want to share this place with anybody. Because it’s soooo good, I always come here and don’t want it to become more expensive and overcrowded. Special thanks for Sukma - she was extremely helpful with everything- she even organized amazing sunrise private boat. And she was so nice and attentive to every detail, we felt so vip with her, she solve any our request immediately.

Nothing not to like

The staff were very friendly, especially the manager who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Laundry service and bike rental provided for a reasonable price. This was our second time staying and really enjoyed our stay. The location is on the quieter side of the island. Pool is a nice size for swimming with lots of sunbeds around and two pergolas for relaxing. I would def recommend bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as these units are tent style accommodation so you can hear your neighbours, not a problem, but just something to consider.

A friendly staff, particularly the front desk girl, who was always helpful to get around. Arranged for reflexology sessions in our rooms after a long day that was much needed! Gorgeous pool deck and the place is beautifully landscaped.

The rooms are actually tents, which have a certaim charm, but do not isolatr any sound. Bringing earplugs is a good idea.

The location was fantastic. Close by the sunset side, yet very quiet. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful, and never hesitated to help us.

It’s not that close to the bars and restaurants, and also you need to walk 2km or take a horse from the pier when you get to the island. It can be a little noisy from neighbor rooms since the walls are kind of like a tent, but it wasn’t a problem at all.

Sukma, the manager, is the best! She helped us arrange everything we needed during our stay. Very nice place, clean, comfortable. Large rooms. Good breakfast. You can rent great bikes at the hotel. Would come back!

We absolutely loved our experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and everything was perfect, just like the pictures. The room was very comfortable, and the location was ideal, being so close to the beach. However, one thing we felt could be improved was the lighting in the streets. While we understand the charm of keeping things rustic and natural, we believe the overall atmosphere of Gili could benefit from more investment in lighting and better organization. Nonetheless, we highly recommend this place!

It’s pretty easy for mosquitos to enter the room because of the sliding door but I’ve accepted that that’s most places

This was a lovely tucked away oasis on the island. It’s in a more quiet pocket of Gili yet so close to the main road that cuts across the island as well as near sunset point with the strip of restaurants, beach, and bars. The whole place was so so clean, the staff were super sweet and friendly, nice breakfast.

The location was quite far away from the ferry port which meant it was further away from restaurants and bars. I felt the hotel restaurant could’ve been slightly better to make up for this.
