The room wasn't very comfortable and cleanliness could have been better. It’s probably not the best option for couples. Breakfast was very limited - just pancakes, fruits, and fried rice. There was also no hot water, which made things a bit inconvenient.

On the positive side, the staff were really friendly and welcoming, which made the atmosphere nice. It’s also a good place to meet and interact with other travelers. For the price, it’s decent value if you’re mainly looking for a social hostel experience.

Breakfast is everything the same. Pancakes with syrup, a little bit of nasi goreng, Watermelon and banana slices. I found a bit of a molt in the dorm.

I liked the activities they planned, that the staff is friendly and relaxed. That our room had an AC. What was awesome is the WhatsApp group for being updated with activities or when someone forgot something. Like us for example. The staff organized that another backpack will bring back our passport with them to Bali where we can pick it up. The beds are okay, they don't squeak as much but it's pretty stiff and hard. But all good for the money

- The bathrooms didn't have toilet paper 95% of the times so you need to have your own. They also weren't very clean and some of them didn't even have a bin (which is weird since you shouldn't throw toilet paper in the toilet in Indonesia, there were even signs saying so, but you didn't have a choice). The pressure of the showers isn't good either and you cannot adjust temperature, which wasn't too bad for us but good to know. - Security wise, the room didn't have a key or anything to properly shut it. And when we asked for a lock to put valuable things in our locker, they didn't offer it at reception either. So we walked all around the area asking different shops until we finally found a lock on our 2rd or 3rd day. Not ideal. Would be better if reception rented or sold them. - Breakfast was very poor. Just pancakes with honey, watermelon and water, every day. - We were a group of 3 people, we paid for the triple room and requested to be put together. Somehow this wasn't possible so 2 of us were in one twin room and the other person was in a triple room, on different floors. It wasn't a problem in our personal situation since we happen to be a couple + a friend, but this prob isn't most of the cases and they only told us when we arrived. - FYI: can only be paid in cash. They were chill about it though and let us pay on our 2nd day so we had time to withdraw from an atm.

- LOVED the architecture of the building in general, very alternative, fun, different. Kind of like a maze. Felt like I was in a movie lol. - Great pool in a common area where you can chill any time. Sometimes they played music on speaker there. Loved it. - Great staff, they kept a very nice and friendly vibe. Sometimes they play the guitar at night, I loved that. - The location is perfect. The surrounding are very humble, local and safe. And it's just 5 minutes away on foot from all the restaurants, bars and beaches. - You can rent towels for 50k rupiah and get the money back when you return them.

The vibes were amazing! The staff are super cool and friendly - they really make sure you have everything you need for the day. There’s always a good jamming session at night, and they have different activities each day, so it’s easy to meet people and make new friends. Plus… they have a very talkative cat 😻

The place is old and needs serious refurbishment in places. The wifi is very average and slow, the bathroom floor was constantly wet and couldn’t be drained and there was no hot water available. The upstairs hallways are badly designed as they are narrow and there are pieces of random wood just sticking out which is a serious hazard when walking up with your big backpacks etc.

We liked the social events run by the hostel including the cooking class and karaoke. The common area up stairs, and the kitchen and dining area with free breakfast are also nice

Great location, less than 10 minute walk from harbour. Staff were very friendly and plenty of social activities and tours offered. Dorms and bathrooms were clean, small security lockers for personal belongings. Free water refills, towels provided for 50k deposit.

You should add more information on the boards about the activities planned, or telling it earlier on the WhatsApp group, most of the time I learned too late about them ! If you want to be perfect, provide towels and soap (even if it means increasing the prices a little bit !)

Nice staff, I noticed a real effort on cleanliness and I would like to congratulate them about it. The pool is nice, breakfast awesome. Definitely one of my best stays in Indonesia. Amazing quality for price.

I miss having shelves in showers, but that is a classic hostel set up. It is about a 5 minute walk from the main street area, but in a safe place.

Great vibes, awesome staff, so many sing-alongs and guitar sessions. Super social, but not too loud when you're sleeping. Very respectful staff who ensure limited noise after 10 or 11pm. Pool area is great and so many cool hang out spaces. Such good value for money. Highly recommend

I had an incredible experience staying at this hostel! It’s very clean and has such a welcoming vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Our only problem during our stay was our en suite bathroom as there was a window without any glass and the door didn’t fully close. This wasn’t too much of an issue as we were able to wedge the door closed. The noise from the mosque is also quite loud as other reviews mention so make sure to bring earplugs and you’ll be fine :)

The staff are great and make an effort to get you involved with activities such as their weekly beach bonfire and bbq. We enjoyed taking a cooking class at the hostel and relaxing in the pool area which is well maintained and decorated. The beds are very comfortable and overall our stay was great value for money.

Great staff, nice activities like bonfire, snorkeling or bicycle rental available. The accommodation is special with nice areas to hang out or relaxing by the pool. You get what you pay for. We had the deluxe double room which was spacious and had all we needed!
