Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe did not have our own transport and there were few options within walking distance however Grab was cheap and easy so ended up not being too much of a problem.
Our room was comfortable and spacious. The floor to ceiling window with views over the city gave the room a wonderful light and open feel. Very inviting and relaxing. The breakfast was just incredible. So much variety of excellent quality and attentive staff. All staff were wonderful. Certainly a quality hotel.

IcelandThe smoking smell all over the place was insane. It seems the AC connects with the smoking rooms and our room was filled with a smoking smell all days we stayed there. The noise from the next room was insane as well, screaming kids, ringing the doorbell, and all kinds of craziness. We had to call the maintenance guy to fix a few crucial things in our room. Unbelievable housekeeping had not reported this way before as this is on the Executive floors There is no Executive Lounge stating on Booking.com that it is out of order and has been for a very long time. The gym is completely useless and the pool is weirdly located in the middle of the smoking area. No one would feel comfortable walking between the smokers in their swimming wear. I got the feeling this is more of an event hotel for weddings, gatherings, meetings, and such. If you are FIT traveler this is probably not the way to go. We wanted to have massages, but they don't have any SPA, the webpage states otherwise. Only "call-in" massages inside your room which is not very tempting. As well did we order room service, but it went down the drain. They brought the wrong food, forgot to bring rice, and did not understand English. Just weird. Our plane was to stay longer but unfortunately had to check out due to the issues mentioned above
The staff was friendly even though many of them did not speak English, which sometimes complicated things. We were upgraded to an Executive room on the 10th floor. It sounds like a dream but has become a nightmare. The room itself was excellent but many drawbacks are mentioned in the next section. Breakfast has a great variety. The location is good and easy to grab a taxi or Grab and go wherever you want.

The hotel met all our expectations. We arrived there in the evening after long commute from Karimunjawa, and were welcomed with drinks even before finishing the check in. The reception upgraded all 3 rooms to the executive suites on the 10'th floor. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and there was a nice water flow in the shower. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were soundproof.
