Best location in the heart of Ubud jet still secluded and peaceful enough. It's run by three brothers, all really polite and forthcoming. Booked for only two days and then booked for a nether three days because I liked it so much.

Very beautiful property in the heart of Ubud but down an alley so quieter than being right out on the main street. 2 super kind & helpful brothers run the homestay. There is a delicious breakfast every morning and the pool is spotless. Very nice to have breakfast on the porch by the koi pond :) really enjoyed my stay and looking forward to staying again one day!

The hotel itself was a bit out-dated, but nothing huge. Also, the windows didnt have glass so you could hear the gecko at night.

The location was perfect, it aas next to a lively street. The people were really nice. The view was beautiful.

Everything. The room was spotless, spacious and perfect. The owners are really kind and caring, which I have appreciated as I was unwell. The room had great AC and kept me cool my entire stay! The bathroom was so clean, the pool looked spotless and they kindly let me check in 5 hours early because my room was available. The location is fantastic. Just a 5 minute walk to the monkey forest and right near many restaurants on the main strip, as well as the art markets. I slept peacefully as I didn’t hear much noise at night, even though the area is lively. My room overlooked a rice field which is beautiful and came with a private balcony! Also, as a solo female traveller I felt immensely safe here. It’s a great hotel. Such a lovely stay and lovely hosts. I highly recommend.

The property, was well located. The rooms were clean. The pool area is amazing, when walking down the street you don’t expect to find a little gem in the back with a beautiful garden and a koi pond.

The location was perfect, close to it all but quietly tucked off the road. The view of the rice padi’s were so nice and visually appealing. The rooms were a decent size with king size beds, breakfast was included in the price and was a very affordable place to stay. The brothers that work here were so kind and accomodating and a pleasure to deal with.

The lighting in my room was bothersome as I work online so it wasn't great for my eyes. I was on the bottom floor though, not sure if It would have been much better upstairs. There are ants which is normal for Bali, however they do a great job at cleaning your room every day.

Koi fish pond, view of the rice paddies at sunset, quiet swimming, and wonderful breakfast. You are down an alley way so you'll have quiet being off the mainstreet but able to access anything quickly if you need. Warung Lokal in the same alley way became my go-to food place!

Not necessarily a negative, more of an observation/experience: After using the towels, let it dry outdoors, even overnight, rather than inside the room!

A very pleasant accommodation. It is run by three brothers who are incredibly hardworking. They are always busy doing something throughout the day, and you can feel that they genuinely care about the place. They are very kind, humble, and always helpful. Breakfast was included in the price. We ordered an extra breakfast every morning for 35k IDR per meal, which was very affordable! I’m not exaggerating when I say that I had one of the best scrambled eggs here. 😃 Absolutely recommended! The facilities are great, the brothers clean daily, and there’s nothing to complain about when it comes to cleanliness. Thank you for the wonderful stay—it was a truly pleasant experience! 🙏🏼

Location at center of ubud,but inside a small lane ,very quiet,staff is very friendly and helpful,room is spacious,wifi is good, electric fan also working good,had good sleep,(they prepared for electric mosquito killer),not luxury hotel,but very comfortable,the boss also helped me to take a shared shuttle to pangda bay only with 100K (ferry there to lembar),
