You could hear the neighbours whenever they were on the toilet etc🙈…not really good isolated for the noises…clean enough for someone who doesn‘t need luxury…

Nice and helpfull staff , had a fridge in the room and water for free all day. You can walk easily to the main road, everything you need to buy is close (supermarkets,other shops). But it was quiet anyway because it‘s in a side street.

Fantastic location. Walkable to so many places, and it's just right across the art market. I loved the very local "homey" vibes too. Everything you need is there; clean bed, good AC, hot water, TV. The only downside was just that the toilet in our room had a smell and it affected the room itself too. But if you're not sensitive to smells, this is absolutely perfect!

The place is close to everything… and the best part is that it’s in a very quiet area, so you can rest without any problems. The room was very comfortable, and the service was excellent.

The cell reception was a little weak in the room I was in but the wifi seemed to work well to make up for it.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is very close to the beach and many food options and attractions. The room was clean and quiet. Just what I needed for a few days stay. They have free water refill which is always so nice so you don't have to use plastic bottles.

Breakfast was great but buffet was too much food. Cooks were lovely and adjusted quantities at our request. Great for our family configuration of 5 adults, 2 teens and 1 child. Pool was well used and kept clean even if online pictures made it look bigger. Villa manager, Lukie was extremely helpful and quick to respond to messages. Location was perfect for us as we don’t like staying in the middle of city yet was close enough to walk or taxi to main road Kuta. Housekeeping was very good too and made available to us daily.

The communication lacked several times — like I ran out of toilet paper and needed a clean towel — asked to get in the morning and didn’t get it til 2:30pm lucky I found some to earlier - also the kitchen towels , sink and generally the kitchen was quite dirty - I mentioned this but the towels , sponge were not replaced

The bathroom could do better as it was damp and gives off a sewage smell which most likely comes from the shall sewage pipes underneath it shared with the neighbourhood.

Very well located. Place is very clean and the staff was most helpful. The room was well furnished and the TV had good channels to keep one entertained.

Super weak shower pressure. Often there was no one at front desk even after ringing the bell. If you're staying 1 night, don't do laundry with them. I did one day service thinking I would get it back in 24 hours (dropped off at 11am so I can get it back before check out at noon). Laundry wasn't ready until 5pm. Luckily I extended my stay so wasn't a problem.

The "kitchen" was sad. It needs some tender love and care. I think I was the only one who ventured to use it my whole trip. And only to boil my breakfasts. I guess the vast majority of everyone opts to eat out.

Loved it! Staff were helpful and pleasant. Close to airport. Place was quiet from road noise. Great location right off the main road. I slept well. Had parking if you need for a bike. I just walked 5 mins to beach. Thank you so much Genta House.

Unfortunately there is a very bad smell in the room (humidity-like, coming from bathroom). I also did not like, that they keep a bird in a small cage.

Staff is very friendly, the rooms are next to city center. But it is still very quiet in the room. You don't hear anything. Room was clean.
