The mattresses were extremely hard making it difficult to get a good nights sleep.

I didn’t realise the 1st bedroom was seperate to the main part of the villa but in the end it worked out wonderfully. The air conditioning in the main room isn’t cool enough, we all got really sick and needed separate areas and it was too hot.

It was quiet, but still close to everything. The staff were truely wonderful and sweet & kind. It’s initially weird having someone there cooking and cleaning in front of you, however Tanti and Puti ( probably spelt incorrectly ) made us feel comfortable. We were dropped off on bikes one night and the young guys offered us additional services and the security guy chased him off, so we felt safe.

Bit far to town centre. Hand held taps in bathroom and toilet had a very bad smell. We avoided using them. Floor towels had stains on them.

Good pool, good breakfast served by staff, Putu and Tanti. Netflix worked well.

The sofa in the lounge room was a little hard so not comfy to watch movies and a little small for 4 adults to laze on. I think this is because it is likely sat on by kids straight from the pool so was really an outdoor lounge. The air con in the living room area had to work hard to keep things cool, but it was better than nothing. The long walk back to the main street (approx 2-300m) we got used to but should be in the listing.

The property was large, airy and comfortable and the villa manager and her team were friendly and lovely to deal with. It was great being able to individually choose either an Americian cooked, a Continential, Indonesian or healthy breakfast each day. The villa was always cleaned well. It was lovely and reassuring to have a security guard 24/7 just for the 2 villas in the complex and the pool was lovely to have to ourselves.

The towels were not so clean and there was a noise of an insect hidden somewhere.

Drive way to villa is very narrow and long. Hard to find entrance from main road. We were rederected throw very narrow roads while we could have enter different much easier direction.

Staff was very flexible, we order very early breakfast at 6 am without problem. Clean pool, big bathrooms.

Villa is down a lane way so you need to walk about 300 mts back to the road before walking to restaurants, shopping, beach etc. taxis did come down to collect drop off. Although attached to the main villa, the second bedroom had private access with no access from the main villa. With two girls 12 and 14 were a wee bit reluctant (as they were) to leave them out there alone (sounds a wee bit dramatic). The room was lockable, it just didn't sit right with the missus and I. We moved mattresses to the living room, no questions asked.

Arrived at 1150pm, staff on hand to open the villa and walk us through all features. Very helpful and attentive. We were able to request breakfast at a time to suit us each day. Also were able to select what we would have from the menu - Choice between pancakes, American (Mollette with bacon and tomato on the side), or Indonesian fried rice/chicken. Also, fresh fruit and fresh juice + coffee. Staff arrived promptly each morning 30 minutes before agreed breakfast time and prepared breakfast fresh in our kitchen. Asked when we would be out so they could clean the property. Always clean when we returned. Pool refreshing temperature for warm Balinese days. Bottler water provided.

The second bedroom is completely detached from the main house which wasn’t obvious when we booked. That wasn’t ideal for a family with young kids.

It’s a modern, clean and comfortable sized property. The pool was a great size and had all of the facilities you would need. The staff are fantastic and very helpful.

I thought there were 4 sun beds available but there were only 2 for the 3 of us… There are constructions nearby which made access difficult

There was nothing to dislike, my only observation would be parts of the villa are looking a little tired in places, but certainty nothing to affect our wonderful stay.

The villa was a perfect size for 2 couples, 2 very separate bedrooms and great sized communal area. The pool was just lovely and a welcome relief after walking around/exploring the local area. The villa is set back at the end of a pretty long drive but that meant you were away from the hustle & bustle and noise of the main road. Once you were in the villa it was delightfully peaceful. The in-house cooked breakie each day was fab and delicious - thank you Putu and Tanti for feeding us SO well. I also found the communication with the villa staff excellent and timely, so we could easily arrange our arrival and departure time as well as organising airports transfers.

Unfortunately when it came To things we find comfortable they did not meet what we expected like other villas have. Beds very hard and uncomfortable, if like a firm bed then you may like. On any day over thirty the air con did not work very well and it made the villa unbearably hot as all windows get full sun. The was no shade over the pool so in full sun the pool was hot too in not a nice way. Blinds in the bedrooms were not block out. The villa is located down a very long street a shuttle service to the main rd would have been a nice touch. Internet kept dropping out. This is our comparison to other villas we have stayed at in the area of similar value that we have paid.

The service from the staff were exceptional. The villa is definitely a nice villa to look at like the pictures, its modern, great size and pool was clean.

The long 300m drive way to get to the villa isn’t stated in the description so walking up & down is tiring. The power kept cutting out several times during the day & night, longest time without power was 5hours & messaged management & heard nothing back from them so very poor communication from management. Doors & windows have gaps in them so you were always getting insects, mosquitoes & geckos coming in the house. Beds & couch was hard on your back The staff that came to cook breakfast & clean the house daily were amazing.

The property is lacking in some maintenance with door locks to the entrance being hard to lock and looks as if it has been broken into before. The beds are the hardest and most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. The couch must have been from the same place as the mattresses as it was like sitting on a rock. The paved area at the back with the sun lounges is starting to fall apart. The roof in the master bedroom was leaking onto the mattress when we were sleeping( the staff did address this promptly).

The staff at the property were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious every time. The layout of the property was good.
