The facilities are a bit dated - needs a lick of paint and some upgrades. Concrete falling from the bathroom with exposed metal. The swimming pool was a bit dirty.. and slightly overpriced IMO.

Location is brilliant, its very close to the beach. Less busy than the south of island so feels a bit more isolated which is brilliant. Comfy rooms with lots of space

A quiet place to stay on Gili Air that is private and away from the noise. It is very close to Turtle Beach, Holiday Fit Gym and Sunset Beach. The bungalow was clean and comfortable and provided with a mosquito net for the evening. The accommodation has a rustic-island feel if that is what you are looking for. The breakfast was tasty and served with a side of fresh fruit. A budget-friendly and well-located place to stay on the island

The place has lot of potential but is not well maintained, bathroom has a semi open roof that should be covered but half of the mesh is broken so the bathroom gets dirty all the time The rooms need a deeper cleaning, there was some dust and cobwebs.

Staff wasn’t really helpful, the only gave the key and pointed to the house. It wasn’t clear where to eat our breakfast, since the area around the kitchen is a mess. Toilet seat should be replaced.

The accommodation is is basic but good and is really in the style of the whole island. Good price for a basic accomodation. The pool is not large, but to cool down its OK. The location is near the topend of the island, so aproximately 15 minutes walking from the ferry.

The accommodation looks abandoned from the outside. The pool wasn't the cleanest but we still swam in it. The bathroom needs a good clean on tap and shower fittings etc. A little bit of maintenance around the place would make a huge difference but would probably increase the price too.

Good value for money but a lot of maintenance needed. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Big room. Only a few minutes walk to the beach.

the accommodation is ok for the price, it is simple, but the air conditioning works and the bed is comfortable. I didn't use the pool but it looks like it has a lot of chlorine, and I don't think it's cleaned regularly. It is a bit far from the center but I recommend renting a bike.

the pool did not seem that clean but that is very often the case in Indonesia, probably due to the heat unfortunately zero water pressure, which made it hard to shower a bar would be wonderful as the pool area is beautiful to hang out at

Unfortunately the water coming out of the shower is salty, which seems to be the case in most parts of the island though. The roof has little holes, so that there was water dripping down, when it rained. Due to the open-air nature of the bathroom you can expect a lot of dirt and debris coming in, when it is raining/ windy.

The bungalows and the whole property seem to have been run down during the pandemic but improvements are ongoing. During our stay the staff was doing maintenance work. The staff is very welcoming. Breakfast is good and sufficient. The bungalows are spacious and clean. The furniture is old but fulfills its purpose.

We got a nice welcome from the staff, the place was very quiet and at night you could ear the ocean. The room was big and with all what you could need. The bed was comfortable and the pool was clean.

The photos do not show the true condition of rooms. The paint is flaking, toilet needs replacement and looks like at the construction side. Water in the pool was dirty with some oil film on top. Rooms need good cleaning, and the bathroom needs serious renovation! Do not recommend it unless u look only a place to sleep.

Not very clean, various states of disrepair around the place. Pool is pretty icky. Air con only works at night time, room gets hotter than outside during the day. Staff tried to rectify to be fair. Lights in our room didn't work. Staff not very communicative, didn't even know there was breakfast until our last day. For the price, it's fine. But next time I'd go somewhere else.

I found the room really dirty, and old. The bathroom was full of infiltrations, mold, bugs, spider webs and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The place where they served breakfast was near an old reception that looked abandoned, and I won’t even mention the kitchen. Although the food was simple, but good (fruits, break, omelets…) The 2 men of the staff were helpful to us when asked, they slept near the kitchen, sometimes on the floor (we felt sorry for them) - the whole place looked like it was pretty abandoned by the owners.

The location is good if you want to do diving, very close to the beach.
