Breakfast can be better improved considering its quality.

I booked one bedroom, which was upgraded to two bedrooms. The private elevator to my room and the panoramic view from my room to Jakarta made my stay very special. I will stay here again.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Special thanks to the restaurant team for their warm service and the delicious cappuccino — the best we had in Jakarta!

The hot tub in pool and sauna room, both is too hot I can boil an egg and the staff do nothing about it 😭

Value for money!!! Totally worth it the kids love the room, the smart tv, the playground, the microwave, the kitchen, the room is big for the whole family , in the middle of the city, appreciate they deliver my online order food to my room , love the gym also

Not close to any shops, and despite taxis being available and cheap, Jakarta's notorious traffic jams are a deterrent.

Clean, spacious one BR apt. Very quiet. 50 metre pool. Jacuzzi, gym and sauna. Helpful staff. Good breakfast selection. Good value for money.

The staff are amazing from The security to office to cooking team every single one were super friendly so helpful The property each area is so clean it’s unbelievable, all the facilities is super classy and clean. I highly recommend this place. 5++++ stars. We will definitely be back.

This property deserves more than 5 stars! The staff, location, facilities, and cleanliness are all top-notch. The bed was comfy, the apartment was very spacious, and the gym and pool were great. The kitchen was also functional with a large refrigerator to store our food. We even got a one-hour late check-out, which was really helpful since our flight was later in the evening. I would definitely come back and recommend this property if you're looking for spacious yet centrally located accommodation in Jakarta.

The balcony can be more secure for family with children. E.g. the railing is not claimable by little ones. We would appreciate the door that can be locked (the sliding door cannot be locked and the staff permanently locked it with the chain which stopping the rest of family to enjoy the balcony)

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I slept so well. The location was great, close to everything I needed. I also loved the food and the overall atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff helpfull especially when we have issue about parking fee, they solved it fast For input, please re-ensure for guest who came with 2 cars for 1 unit apt, the parking fee meet their rule since as our case the fee charged above max fare although they solved it well but to avoid this case reappear please take a serious note for that. Above that, everything was ok, the entire unit we stayed was clean and the staff also fast responsed when we had problem.

There was no hot water to begin with (a switch needed to be turned on) and no power points in the 2nd bathroom.
