The premises in general needs maintenance and a lift. It appears not to have been adequately maintained for the last 10 years. Its time. This facility could be brought back to high 4 may 4.5 star with the necessary work and "spruce up"

Pool on Level 6 was excellent. The provision for towels at 7am was non existent which was disappointing but the facilities and service otherwise was very good.

The gym facilities were not great (as is often the case with hotel gyms) and a couple of the machines were in need of service/ were out of use. At breakfast, the coffee machines didn't seem to be able to cope well with the volume of guests that were using them!

The kids loved the roof-top infinity pool. Nice swim up bar with a decent menu on offer. The views from up there were quite special too. Good selection on offer at breakfast. Super close to the airport and walking distance to the beach where there was an abundance of choice for evening dinners out. Only a short distance from Kuta (for Shopping, or beach), Waterbom Bali (a FANTASTIC water park) and Nusa Dua (another beach resort on the other side of the island) Seafood lovers should definitely take a visit to the fish market. An amazing experience and great opportunity to buy an impressive selection of seafood at very reasonable prices. Take to a nearby, beach restaurant for them to cook it for you (charged by the weight). Can recommend Blue Ocean and New Moon.

A problem with the rooms is that they don't have a balcony, so it's very difficult to dry towels and swimsuits. The pizza was terrible and could hardly be called pizza.

The hotel was good, nicely designed, close to the beach, and affordable. The breakfast was very delicious. And the staff was very friendly.

The bath/shower needs changing. The shower is above a bath, which has tiles all aroind; however, the tiles are not in a position where they can drain into the bath and instead pool straight out onto the floor - we got around this by asking for more towels to both plug the gap and soak up the floor.

Great location, with a very short walk to the beach. Nice and quiet. Large room, with very large, comfortable bed. Good food, at reasonable prices (especially compared to staying in Nusa Due where the food was poor at all resorts). Lots of great restaurants nearby, including the on-beach local ones for fresh seafood. Pool was nice, with a decent rooftop bar. Weight room is alright, with a water dispenser.

Very loud music from downstairs restaurant area on Monday evening. Was finished by 10pm but quite a disturbance for a few hours. Restaurant prices seemed quite expensive. Very good Warung opposite and some on beach at much better price. Some of the public areas seem a little tired but they seem to be repainting and updating.

Very convenient location for the airport. We stayed to be close the night before our flight and was a 15min taxi ride to airport. Nice roof top pool with view over sea. 5 min walk to the beach. Pleasant and clean rooms.

The breakfast is not as good as expected

Very close to Jimbaran beach, 2 minutes walk away. You will many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. About 20 minutes drive from Bali airport. The room is very big with facility in good but not new conditions. Wifi and staff are good as well.

FOX is a typical corporate-style hotel, with all the amenities you'd expect from this type of hotel- buffet breakfast, pool, gym, rooftop bar. The location is excellent- just 2 mons walk to Jimbaran Beach, or a short taxi ride to Ukuwatu temple etc.

The rooftop pool area is great, but it’s let down by the poor quality of the pool bar food and an unappealing music selection. A missed opportunity.

Very customer oriented, we stayed a couple of times and every time we returned we were welcomed with our name :) also the value for money is incredible! huge comfy bed, spacious room, huge shower. very friendly staff! The pool accompanied with great music is a really nice benefit of the hotel. There's also a bar at the pool and a gym. A spa and restaurant are also available. The airport is just 15 min away!

Only stayed one night as was flying out, hotel was clean, tidy and what we needed, roof top pool and bar was excellent, buffet breakfast had plenty of options available and was good, short walk to the beach.

Food was so-so, porridge on both days of my stay was lukewarm. Air-con leaked on the second night but was promptly fixed.

Location was good, near the beach and close to some eateries, even though it was a little further in from the main road. Its location meant that you don’t get any traffic sound from the main road.

The beach isn't so pristine but the hotel rooftop swimming is breathtaking. Who needs the beach when you can have this swimming pool.

Facilties are excellent. Location may be a bit off the main route. If you want a quieter place than Kuta, try this hotel out.

There was a loud, monotonous noise at night that made it difficult to sleep without earplugs – that was the only real downside.

I stayed here for one night before a long international flight, and the location was perfect – just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, the local market, and a small convenience store. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent: varied, generous, and served with good coffee. The room was spacious and comfortable, which I appreciated befor a long travel day. Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay, especially for a night before or after a flight, thanks to its proximity to the airport and its excellent service.
