Beds & pillows were uncomfortable after about 4 nights, woke up sore back & neck. Balcony is silly, only room for one guest. They would be better taking out that recessed window area, and increasing the balcony space so that two people can sit out there together. The recess space is just a total dead space. The coffee is dreadful! Even if they make you a fresh one in the morning at breakfast, it’s like rocket fuel. Could do with more shaded sunbeds.

The staff was super friendly & the breakfast was amazing, the location was really central, within easy walking distance to most places. The rooms were very clean, couldn’t fault them. Showers were decent pressure and good temperature. The pools were also very clean, with nice music played on the upstairs pool during the day.

Highly recommended! It was just amazing! The breakfast was absolutely delicious. In the evening, there was not only live music but also various performances, which made it very enjoyable. The hotel also has a beautiful terrace. The beds were extremely comfortable!

As much as the buffet breakfast serviced to all cultures, it would have been nice to have more English breakfast style, I.e. hash browns, mushrooms etc

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton, Kuta, and it was, without doubt, an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our experience at the 4 Points by Sheraton was very pleasant. The hotel is very well located, with the beach a 10-15 minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The most notable feature was undoubtedly the friendliness of the staff, who even surprised our daughters on the first day with some lovely personalized pancakes for breakfast. Sovia, manager, was delightful, and we definitely recommend the establishment.

The pool was too cold everyday

Excellent the staff were the best in Bali we are at the discovery kartika now for a week should of stayed at four points more friendly and went beyond to help U but pool is cold all the time .

There are 2 pools, unfortunately due to cloud both were very cold on our visit, this is obviously not the hotel's fault, what we didn't like though was there were few sun lounges around the lower level pool, and no where to put any extra. Some room were pool access but if you didn't have one of these you had to be quick to get a bed. The other pool is accessed via the restaurant entrance on the roof top and therefore, it could feel a little uncomfortable walking to and from it if there were diners. It also wasn't big for swimming, although there were more beds around that one. The up grade to the Suite was nice, however it was quite tatty on inspection, there were chips out of the dressing table and some of the walls were damaged, the mirror was old and cracked etc. So if you are upgrading for luxury you may be disappointed, if you are upgrading for space then you'll be ok.

We absolutely loved the overall feel of the hotel, all staff went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome. My daughter required a Gluten Free and Nut free diet and they couldn't have accommodated her more. They even produced an amazing welcome birthday cake for her which made her feel extremely special and they upgraded our room for a night as part of the celebration.
