The smell of the AC is not pleasant... and the floor is oily.

The property is beautiful and full of different services, like pool, café. It's near the main road but still really quiet and fancy. The staff are really nice!

Like I mentioned before, breakfast very extensive, but me and my wife thought the fruit choice (fresh cut fruit) was limited. Only watermelon and papaya.

We booked a superior room, but got an upgrade to deluxe. Room quit, bed good, very good shower. Breakfast was extensive, except fruit was limited. Great location

We had a non smoking room and could smell smoking coming through the vents from other rooms. It was quite strong.

Singing me happy birthday and the bed decor probably made up for the minor improvements. The pillows were a little bit too hard for me and the family room can do with touch ups

Buffet breakfast is luxurious omg! Good location, swimming pool and a gym that does the job. Staff are super amazing, sang me happy birthday with a surprise cake and decorated my bed wishing me a happy birthday. 101 is a special place.

They don't have smoking room 😂 And i think it's most likely to host tourists and vacationers. So they don't have desk in the room to accommodate business travelers 😅.

Location was good, surrounded by delicious food and shopping destinations. 5 mins drive away from the beaches. Hotel was clean and beautiful. Many photo spots. And the staffs were helpful.

There was a construction near the hotel with loud drilling all night on Sunday so wasn't comfortable. Otherwise Saturday night was quiet and could hear birds in early AM.

Hospitable staff, good-sized room, substantial breakfast, decent gym, close to local restaurants and major groceries. Area not over run by tourists or touts. It's a 20 minute walk to Legian beach.

The hotel is in a strategic location, with helpful staff providing useful information about places to explore. However, you need to pay to borrow cutlery. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I didn't like the laud local music that they played every morning from 7-10 at the restaurant and I could hear it from my bedroom in 2nd level

Some room will be a bit noisy because the hotel is located on the main road. And lack of power point in the room. You should consider a power point next to your bed.

Breakfast was great. Room very comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is great and access to transport was easy. Taxi/Uber from hotel to main shopping area around 25 -30k.

Really disappointed with the price for a soft drink , just so inflated. Other than that - nothing.

All staff VERY welcoming. Checkin fast and friendly. Service staff throughout the hotel exceptional. Pool area lovely. Breakfast buffet varied food options with good service by staff.

The service pool side is very slow. At the bar is was better but still not great.

The property was great! A little further from the beach than I like but a quick trip on a bike. Food was great, room great. No balcony but quiet so happy. Plus having a gym helped.
