Indoor pool only. Very hot sitting by the pool. Lie-low chairs few and limited access. Some time restrictions should be imposed and monitored. Not much ambience in the pool area. However, a minor detail, and overall happy with hotel. Some rooms newly renovated, but upstairs I think some of the rooms are old (but never stayed in those rooms). No lifts from ground floor to 1st floor.

We have always stayed at this hotel, usually 2-3 days, en route to and from overseas. Very close to airport, with free shuttle. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Very comfortable, clean and good value for money.

Felt it was a little dark and could do with a refurb.

FM7 is the only place we stay while doing a lay over in Jakarta. The beds are ultra-comfortable, the staff go out of their way to provide fantastic service, and the price is very reasonable. I strongly recommend the airport pick up service. Yesterday Sultan was our airport concierge and went out of his way to help my son get through the international terminal. This is white glove service. I look forward to our next stay at FM7.

Everything was ok

We stayed just for one night in between flights. The driver was there waiting for us as well as they asked us immediately at reception what time we require transport the day after. The room was nice and spacious we had free toiletries as well as slippers, and toothbrush and toothpaste. There are two restaurants and we tried one which was good.

as everywhere, blanket is too heavy. it's true, you are in isolated periphery, so you are "obliged" to have meals in this restaurant, but quality is good and it's not too expensive

Airport shuttle is free which gives an advantage on other hotels, but airport shuttle is a shared one so you have to wait for other passengers to fill up the shuttle 😔

The pillows and bed linens had a damp, musty smell, like a wet rag, which was really unpleasant. I've never slept in a bed that smelled like that before. I wish I had asked to change rooms, but I was so tired from the long journey that the thought didn't even cross my mind. Other than that, it was a great hotel. I especially liked how quickly they responded to shuttle bus requests on WhatsApp.

We had dinner at the Durian Cafe, which is located past the breakfast restaurant. The food was served quickly, and I was so satisfied with my first meal in Indonesia because it was delicious and reasonably priced! The cafe was also interesting, as it sold a variety of cute durian-themed goods. The illuminations were beautiful right outside the door on the opposite side of the pool.

At the breakfast, I think the rice porridge counter was outside the main room; so I missed that. My room was near the elevator/stairs, so I heard more noise than I would have liked. The view from the room was not good - overlooked the back of the building.

Breakfast, pool, gym, sauna/steam room facilities were excellent. The rooms were also nicely designed. Proximity to airport was great for overnight stay before/after a flight.

Preparation of our dinner at hotel restaurant was very slow. But mainly, Some hacker probably got into the hotel's reservation system and repeatedly asked me for my credit card details via the fake Booking.com platform.

Well organized pick-up at the airport. Nice room, bathroom very well equipped. Location closed to the airport just to stay over night and continue with next flight.

It took 1h from ordering the food at the restaurante to actually having it (and the restaurante was not that full). On top of this, my friend got the sauce on the plate when she explicitly asked to put set apart... the meal was a little bit frustrating. The breakfast was great altough.

They picked us from the airport and there was also a shuttle to the airport again from the hotel. It is a good choice for a night between flights. The location seemed a little bit isolated, but since we didnt leave the hotel, it was ok. The swimming pool and the gym are also nice.

- Swimming pool inside was in a hot location, but that's the only minor thing. Definitely would recommend staying here!
