Hong KongIt was clear the property was dated and had seen better days. There were cracks in the floor and also in the glass wall of the shower. We did not like that the power was connected to a keycard attached to our keys, which meant it took a while for the villa to cool down once we returned to the room, but I suppose this is to save energy and be more environmentally friendly. The restaurant was also closed and has been closed since COVID-19, so there is no room service and you must order breakfast one day in advance. Our pool lights did not work and there was lots of white sand-like things at the bottom of the pool. I am not sure if it was some sort of cleaner for the water or if it was something left from the previous tenants. There was also not water flow we could see (so no new water coming in and we could not see where the water would go out) or filtration system that was working. We did not end up using the pool because of this. Staff were sparse and communication between them was not great. We let them know we would be checking out early (5:45 am) the night before we left as we had an early flight and they said it was no problem at all and someone would be at the reception. We settled the bill that evening then returned the key in the morning as planned. We then received a message at 11:40 am that they were trying to contact us to remind us that check out is at 12 pm and to remember to drop our keys at reception, even though we already checked out, settled our bill and returned the key at 5:45 am.
The location of the villa was good and bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were very spacious and water pressure was good in the shower. They were able to help us arrange for an in-room massage the same night as well.

AustraliaThe deck around the pool is rotten and dangerous, with nails protruding from the wood. The bathroom floor was rotten, and the tiles cracked; this needs replacing replacing immediately as it’s dangerous.
The Villas would have been great, but they are quite old now.

New ZealandDirty there were cockroaches in our bathroom the breakfast was meh it gave me food poisoning not like the photos. Always had a musky smell to the place. There was next to no pressure in the shower water kept shutting off and it was only boiling hot water no cold water at all.

But felt let down. Even when I told them about blood, they only change bedsheets and not pillow. We wouldn’t return.

AustraliaUnfortunately there was an issue with our booking when we arrived to check in. First we were told they didn't have a booking under our name. Then we were told our villa was already booked to someone else. So our only option was to be given a 2 bedroom villa and a 1 bedroom villa which was not good. We were a group of 5 and wanted to all stay together that's why we booked a 3 bedroom villa. We were very disappointed and at such late could not find other accommodation in the area suitable. I asked for a discount on the price as it did really disrupt the purpose of our stay but was told we could not get a discount. We asked for a late checkout but was advised this waa not possible. We then asked for breakfast to be included which after some debate they agreed to. But we decided to eat out and did not have the breakfast. The pictures are also not an accurate reflection of the actual villas. The villas are very outdated and old and up to date photos should be used.
The location was good and the place was fairly clean.

I recently stayed at this place and unfortunately, my experience was below average due to a few significant issues. The most frustrating problem was the Wi-Fi, which was practically unusable throughout my entire stay. Whether I was in my room or in common areas, the connection was extremely slow and unreliable, making it impossible to work or even browse the internet. Adding to the inconvenience, the sink tap in my room was not working properly, which was a basic issue that should have been addressed immediately. When I brought these concerns to the attention of the staff, the majority of them were not very helpful. I felt like my concerns were brushed off, and there was no real effort to resolve the issues. On a positive note, I must give credit where it’s due. The property was kept clean and tidy throughout my stay, thanks to the diligent cleaning staff. A special shout out to Mustafa, who went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Mustafa and the cleaners were the bright spots in an otherwise disappointing stay. Overall, while the property itself is decent, the poor Wi-Fi and lack of support from most of the staff left me with an average experience at best. I hope the management takes these issues seriously, as they are essential to providing a good guest experience.I
