My shower was either very cold or very hot. There are chickens that make a lot of noise starting very early in the morning and they never stop. I couldn’t sleep well. Pillow is hard

Apart from the comforter, there was nothing to dislike. The AC remote was not very smooth but worked overall.

The location is perfect - and it's real value for money. The comforter is quite old but not a big issue. The property is not luxury but you get what you pay for so I can stay again.

The WiFi was VERY inconsistent. When it worked it worked well but there would be several minutes of “connected but no internet” on my devices. That and a couple of centipedes in the room, one on the bed pillows.

Not the comfiest bed but expected with cost. The bathroom didn't have windows so the cleaning smell took a bit to dilute out the front door.

For the value it was great. The room had cold aircon, a shower with hot water and it felt safe, plus it is in a convenient location.

We could not book our usual place when we came back to Komodo so decided to book Flamboyan Hotel. The grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. The swimming pool is small but very clean and there are loungers by it. The rooms are clean and the AC is good (after a whole week without it, it felt very good). There is a nice verandah in front of each room with a drying rack. As it is in a back street, it is quiet. One of the attractions for us was the very close proximity to WaterBoom, the fantastic waterpark (literally 5mn walk). There are lots of restaurants nearby ranging from expat places (pricey) to local places (a lot cheaper). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had breakfast at the place and it was simple but freshly cooked. We would definitely consider coming back next time we are in Bali.

Noisy people up late, guess that is the luck of the draw when holidaying.

Basic breakfast, only 2 selection menu, but OK for 50000rp. Close to Kuta main walkway, nice morning and afternoon walks. Close to Kuta beach and surfing reefs.

Nothing for the purposes of my holiday to Kuta and for the price I couldn’t fault the hotel at all. It’s older property so you won’t get newer fixtures and fittings but it was clean and the owners couldn’t do enough for you. So friendly and happy constantly cleaning, sweeping watering and asking if I needed anything lovely family I’m Scottish but live in Australia - first time in Bali and I’ll def stay here again - thanks for the hospitality

It was great the only advice I could give to the staff there is to improve their English.

We extended our stay there as it was so peaceful in the craziness of Kuta. The staff cleaned our room every day so it was kept super clean. There was always someone there which makes it safe and very helpful.
