The place is looking a little 'tired' but that's more decorative than anything else. The safe in our room didn't work, which was inconvenient, but no biggie. Staff were very apologetic when I reported it.

We had a comfortable room which offered great views across Jakarta. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was very good. The breakfast buffet was good too - with a selection of options to choose from. There's also a bar with separate seating where you can relax in air-conditioned comfort after exploring.

My a/c had a problem so they moved me to a new room. I did like that they decided that in a timely manner with no debate good for them

As I mention that we do expecting to stay on top of supermarket for clothes food etc, but we found out the other market and shops, but nice to stay here.

I do realize that actually i take the wrong decision to stay here, but in fact, i get the most wanted to stay i.e the food is good, the bed is comfy and clean every day, so i guess next time will take this hotel for stay longer with our team.

The aircon was leaking water but I noticed they were fitting new ones in other rooms so probably it was just a question of time The entrance is difficult to find but taxi driver took us to the door

The staff were friendly and helpful the room was comfortable with a big bathroom and hot water. Breakfast was very good both local and European.The room was cleaned really well considering I didn't ask.

No handsoap and water dispenser seem not working as there is no light on and made me wonder if the water being filter. We arrived at 2am and the gate was closed and left us wonder whr to enter as no signage.

- There were a lot of cockroaches in my room - No city view for non-smoking room - They always put the card in the card tray to let the electricity in the room runs all the time before I checked in or after they cleaned the room. I don't like that. I think we should save energy - On the 8th floor of the building. Quite hard to access for the first time as not all of the elevators in the building can reach the 8th floor

Make sure to check the power (electricity) of the room before assigning it to a client. When I got to the room, there was no power at all and I had to call the lobby to get a technician to check. Moreover, the AC didn't work well, it didn't cool the room. But it was fixed once I reported this to them.

Staff was friendly. Drinking water dispenser. Good location from the airport. Near the city centre as well. A convenience store is just on the building ground floor.
