The a/c is old so ventilation is not that great in a humid hot weather

The facilities are a little neglected, the doors are old and are swollen and do not close very well. It could be a little cleaner, but it is very well located, the staff is very friendly and quality price in the country are good especially in the tourist area where it is.

Fresh and modern room. Stayed here 2 nights and really enjoyed the place. Could walk to the beach in 30 min or take a scooter there in 10-15min. Good restaurants nearby

Awesome comfortable rooms and hot water had ac and a pool. Has a kitchen which I haven’t seen in any places I’ve stayed which is nice. Also filtered drinking water

Absolutely shocking. The room was in terrible condition with stains everywhere and lots of mould growing on all the walls. We didn’t even stay one night here it was that bad.

- The place is full of mold. - Towels and sheets were dirty. - The pool is right on the main street. - First male staff didn’t speak English. Basically everything you see on the pictures is in really bad condition. 😔 We didn’t enjoy the stay - we just wanted to leave the place as soon as possible.

The location is pretty good. And also wifi connection. Female staff was friendly and know english well.

We've been traveling through Bali for a while now, but this was the worst stay in Bali so far. No rest, no hygiene, no friendly people. We know hygiene standards are low here, but our sheets didn’t even seem cleaned. We had stains from food and snot on the sheets. Also the room was stinking with a chemical smell. We asked for another room and only one room was left available, so we got that one. This room had the same problem. Still the sheets didn’t seem clean. The stank like sweaty feet. When it rained, it litterly rained in the bathroom and also the bedroom got puddles in different places. When we turned on the lamp in the bathroom, sparks arose. The wall outlet next to the bed was loose. This both can be dangerous! Also the bathroom had a lot of mold. Also the staff wasn’t friendly. No eye contact and the boy sat on his phone the whole day. Sometimes even ignored a 'hello'. The worst part was that the rooms are realy noisy. There is no noise cancelling so we couldn’t rest properly. Besides the standard dog barking, scooters in the distance and the minarette (wich you can sleep through easily) there was the crazy annoying neighbour starting yelling/screaming! (praying?) every morning at 4:30 am from the roof. Then at 7am the hosts come to the hotel and don’t care about rest of the guests at all. A lot of loud talking and even yelling and a lot of noise without care for their guests rest. And this is besides people being noisy coming home late. Zero sound isolation. After night 1 we already wanted to leave... but sadly we booked 3 nights. Horrible nights and the highlight of these 4 days was that we could finally leave this place.

- wrong location; location on booking is different. When I shared this feedback with Operations Manager he said it is because they have 4 location. poor excuse! - place is filthy dirty: mould on walls, bedding is not changed (no cover on duvet) - facilities stated on booking are wrong; when shared this with Operations Manager he just reconfirmed that they do not even provide toilet paper - only window is towards corridor when bunch of guys chat all day and night; very loud

The location and the ambience is very good. There room is beautiful and comfortable. The staff is very helpfull

There were cockroaches in the bathroom because there were open to the outside of the room. The door did not close enough to led all noise away. It was noisy when people walked on the stairs, and just in general if someone talked outside our room! We could hear anything. If you go here, you will have to know that there is a Muslim place near by so every night at 5 am there will be a prayer call.

It was clean room, and beautiful with the nature features.
