Family run small homestay. Great location for easy access to the ferry terminal. Quiet location in residential area. Easy walk to harbour and beach. Many warangs and shops nearby. Hosts friendly and helpful. Nice simple breakfast included. We have rebooked for our return to Sanur.

There is a school very close by so you will hear the children early.

The room was very comfortable and the family were nice. Only 10 mins walk from ferry. I think there were only 3 or 4 rooms so it was quiet.

The room was perfect for our needs (a place to stay the night before taking a ferry from Sanur). Erwin kindly waited up for us as we arrived a little later than anticipated. The room was perfect for a one night stay, with drinking water in the room, AC, bathroom, and a nice light breakfast the next morning on your indivdiual terrace area. Erwin was very friendly and we would recommend staying here if catching a ferry to Sanur - thank you!

Not the fault of the property directly but I was kept awake a fair amount by nearby dogs and cockerels throughout the night.

Super friendly host, picked us up at airport at 1am for a great price even though flight was delayed. No hassles, clean and comfortable room. Easy walk to the Harbour for ferry. Plenty of options for food nearby.

Only the roads to the place was abit narrow if by car. A motorcycle would be fine to navigate thru it.

The location was great about 10 mins walk to Sanur Harbor/Beach. The owner came and greeted me when I reached like 11 plus in the evening, checking what time would be great for breakfast. Overall the service was great!

Bathroom was very basic, but this isn't much of a problem for me

Room was basic, but clean and had all the provisions needed. Love that there is drinking water readily available in the room via a water dispenser. Host offers a simple Balinese breakfast with pastries and fruits. A really great way to start my first trip to Bali! Guestroom was also in a semi-traditional Balinese housing complex, so if you wake up early enough, you can witness the family doing their rituals. Aircon was working very well

Really good energy at this place. Clean, comfy bed, free water and breakfast. The staff were kind. Theres a beautiful shrine in the courtyard and plants make it feel homey. Walking distance to the beach, eateries and shops.

Not the most up to date facilities, but perfect for my needs none-the-less.

This is accomodation with everything you need for a night. It’s the perfect place to stop over to get the ferry the next day. The ferry terminals to Nusa Penida are only 10mins away. Good air con as well and filtered water at sink. Erwin picked me up from the airport and was so friendly and accomodating. The room includes a simple breakfast the next morning out on your personal patio. A comfortable first night in Bali travelling solo.

It took me over 10 minutes of waiting just to cross the 4-lane highway between the harbor and Erwin's Guest Rooms. You have to walk several hundred meters along a "sidewalk" no wider than 1m with endless highspeed traffic barely missing you in order to get to a roundabout to cross the same highway even semi-safely. Which you must do to access Sanur beach. Get a ride to get to the beach and back unless you're very agile on your feet and carry no luggage.

Very clean room, good shower with hot water at great pressure. Very helpful and pleasant hosts. Great connection from ferry harbor.
