Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Para obtener la puntuación general que te mostramos, sumamos las puntuaciones de los comentarios que hemos recibido y dividimos el total por el número de puntuaciones de los comentarios que hemos recibido. Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.

El Alojamiento puede decidir si responder o no a los comentarios.

Comentario auténticoHabitación cómoda y limpia, llena de detalles de diseño elegante. La ducha estaba separada del baño, por tanto, no se mojaba todo. Desayuno muy variado y de calidad. Te guardan las maletas el tiempo que necesitaras.
Pensaba poner más puntuación pero el grave problema de este Hotel, al menos en la habitación que nos tocó, es el ruido del resto de habitaciones. Cuando alguien se ducha se escucha el sonido de las tuberías. Con suerte es un sonido de unos minutos, me pareció raro para una Hotel lleno de detalles y arquitectura elegante. No hay ventana en la habitación. La iluminación es buena pero demasiados interruptores para cada escenario.

Comentario auténticoVale la pena solo por la terraza en la azotea, con su restaurante, su música en vivo y sus vistas espectaculares de los rascacielos
Cogimos 2 habitaciones. Una de las 2 habitaciones no tenia ventana, lo cual fue incómodo por parecer que estas en un zulo y no saber si era de día o de noche.. La otra habitación asignada era en la planta de fumadores, por lo que la habitación olia mucho a tabaco, siendo una situación bastante desagradable para descansar, pedimos que nos cambiaran la habitación pero no había otra disponible, nos ofrecieron poner un purificador de ozono que no resolvió el problema por lo que al final nos compensaron con un snack gratis en el restaurante de la azotea.

Comentario auténticoCogimos este hotel para pasar un día en Yakarta y la verdad que estaba muy bien ubicado. La habitación era muy cómoda y el desayuno estaba bastante bien porque tenía bastante variedad para todos los gustos. Lo mejor del hotel sin duda el rooftop, es una pasada.
La insonorización de las habitaciones es horrible, escuchas todo y si tienes la mala suerte de que se duche el de arriba a las 6am, al poner el agua caliente parecía que se iba a caer el hotel entero.

Comentario auténticoAcogida fantástica. La habitación estaba muy muy limpia. Todo tenía un olor fantástico. La cama comodisima y no se oía nada de ruido. Te dejan productos para el baño. El buffet para el desayuno bueno y muy completo. Tienen un puesto donde te hacen los huevos como quieras al momento. Volvería sin duda!

Comentario auténticoMe hospede en una habitación individual de tamaño menor al habitual pero todo estaba muy correcto. Situada en el centro de Jakarta por lo que se puede salir andando a ver los alrededores y hay aceras. Hay centros comerciales, restaurantes, masajes.... esta bien la zona para ser Jakarta. La terraza tiene buenas vistas del Skyline.

Comentario auténticoReservamos una habitación con city view y no había ventana en el cuarto. Lo comentamos en recepción y nos dijeron que era un error en la redacción del texto de confirmación de reserva. El servicio de lavandería bastante caro, y la comida del desayuno muy pasable.
