Well, the breakfast room itself can be a bit too crowded. But that's the only thing that I can think of.

Encountered Miss Nidya and Miss Jasmine during check in and later when I wanted to extend my room for 1 night. Both of them were very friendly and professional. Which made checking in a breeze! The cleanliness was as expected. The room size (got myself an upgrade) was great! A nice way to start my holiday. Breakfast buffet was quite extensive but the place can be a bit crowded (non guests can also enjoy breakfast as regular patrons).

the telephone rings, but can't pick up the phone. kept rings without someone speaking. i'm been there alone and i prefer single bed. No need two beds, i scare to wake and beside the empty bed like someone else sleeping there which invisible. LOL, LOL...

The lift took so long to get up and down. They need to upgrade their lifts, because they have a lot of guess which is nice. And then the room where we stay 1704, the telephone always beeping every after 30 seconds day & night. It's disturbing especially at night when we're sleeping.

The food was great. They have different varieties of foods.

Room telephone was spoilt. The ordering F&B card with their QR code scan to order F&B was not clear. (It only shows a fine print) AND it shows a room with a bed photo. (It was misunderstood as a survey qtn scan code and not a F&B scan code if we didn't read the fine print.) It will be good for their marketing department to replace a FOOD photo so as not to waste time trying to find where to order F&B for room service again.

During my recent business trip to Indonesia, I stayed at Episode Gading Serpong, and overall, it was a remarkable experience. The facilities were top-notch, the food was delightful, and the cleanliness standards were commendable. However, I did encounter a peculiar incident with the staff that slightly affected my rating. While on a telephone call, one staff member mentioned offering me a free soda. Expecting this gesture, I patiently waited, only to be informed by another staff member that such complimentary items were not provided to guests. It was quite perplexing. Upon clarification with the staff who initially offered the soda, it turned out to be a misunderstanding; he meant to say "free soldier" instead. This miscommunication was indeed unexpected and left me bemused. Nevertheless, despite this odd occurrence, the rest of my stay was exceptional. The attentive service and overall professionalism of the staff were commendable. Despite the hiccup, Episode Gading Serpong exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and hospitality. I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a pleasant stay in Indonesia. My overall rating stands at a solid 9 out of 10.

There is some bad smell in the room, especially coming from the toilet.

The interior design is nice. I like the Sandjong spa, the design in very proper, the staff are nice.

The sink in the room is not in the toilet which is not so convenient and causes the floor wet.

All the facility is new and the decoration is good. The receptionists are all friendly and professional.
