How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Most western people are used to dry toilet floor or seperated toilet from shower so would love to get more bath mat to dry our feet and avoid accident involving children due to slippery bathroom floor.
Family room is spacious with proper queen bed, quite comfortable to sleep and less noise from the road nearby.

There’s no machine with free boiling and cold water. But you can have tea and cold water if you ask.
It was very clean and they took care of me while I was sick. Very kind people.

It served its purpose, room was good for the price. Clean and spacious enough. Staff was very friendly. Only the coffee during breakfast was weird. Hot water poured over ground coffee beans. It’s just not drinkable. Maybe we’re not used to this as Europeans

Main drawback was the room I was given was right beside the reception. People were in that area and talking right through until about midnight each night, folks used the front door off reception as a smoking area and then grouped on seats inside to chat... further to that, staff were working in the area from as early as 6am the following morning performing housekeeping and cleaning/laundry activities while also checking people out... I likened it to trying to sleep in a shopping centre when discussing the inconvenience with my wife. Recommend that you put a door between the reception and the hallway leading to the rooms or don't put guests in that room - it is too noisy. All that said, I think it I had have been put in a different room where I didn't have to listen to all this noise, I'd have been pretty content with my stay here.
Clean, centrally-located, friendly staff - I may have had a higher rating for this hotel if I was given a different room - further detail below.

Although, the staff in the receptionist wasn't very friendly and welcomed me weirdly. Probably because there was an issue with the breakfast which I actually paid. They finally gave free brekafast as I reserved. They didnt make a big deal out of it. So overall, it was good though. 🙂
The rooms were big and spacious. Also, the location is very strategic, near to malls and mart just a few blocks away. The price was also great for family rooms.

The mo didn't quite get to the edge of the walls in the bathroom, but again, clean comparably.
Very clean especially compared to others. Great location set back from main road and 5 minutes walk from by mall. Coffee house was wonderful.

We booked two rooms per booking.com’s recommendation for our family of 5. But when we arrived there were only two double beds. ( not enough for our family) the hotel insisted on charging us extra for an extra bed. ( not a bed, but simply a mattress thrown on the floor, which we then had to make up ourselves) We were very frustrated by booking.com’s suggesting that this would be sufficient beds for us, and by the hotel insisting on extra payment.

Wonderful staff who made every effort. The rooms are not large but clean and bright with comfortable beds. Location is perfect, close to mall and the park that lights up at night. Great a/c, great wifi. No fridges in rooms but I used their fridge. Comfortable soft linens, warm shower. Yummy coffee and breakfast included from cafe across the lane. I can't say enough great things about this place!
