The staff are very kind and really service-oriented. Location is the best, and really good deal! They serve complimentary breakfast. The pancake is really good!

The only downside was some Wi-Fi issues in my room, but they moved me to another one, which resolved the problem for me (though unfortunately, it just shifted the issue to someone else).

To be honest, at this price — especially in the very center — I wasn’t expecting much. But in reality, this turned out to be one of the most comfortable places I’ve stayed at in Bali. There’s a lovely little courtyard where the rooms are located — incredibly green and peaceful. The location is just perfect: within walking distance of everything, right near the main road but still far enough from the noise and hustle.

They do room cleaning service only if you ask. I asked once in my 7-day stay, so I got only once. There were lizards in the room in the first 2 days, after that I didn't see them I think the blanket isn't washed after every guest, it had some dirty spots and smell. Water in the shower changes to cold suddenly many times

Breakfast was delicious, 4 options There was a cute dog, a family praying temple, many trees in the hostel. Peaceful place to stay Staff is nice and helpful

It’s not clean and needs and they need invest in painting , new fans . Do not smell nice , even the towels .

The family are lovey , good breakfast (eggs, toast , fruits and coffee) , excellent location . Convenient restaurant (Warung ) with tasty food.

Bed bugs resulting in many bites, noisy in room 1 (next to washer or something so I used earplugs) , decent bit of ants (which I didn’t mind in the room cuz they near the bathroom but some people might) bathroom was a bit smelly from the room sometimes and the toilet was old and very unstable (im not a heavy person only 140lb but it shook every time I sat on it )also the bathroom was connected to the room with no ventilation / making it a bit musky unless front door was left wide open (which I did after shower) bathroom door didn’t have a handle and was about to fall off the hinges , and only Wi-Fi from outside the room .

The room was quite dark, but it didn’t bother me too much; it’s a lot more welcoming than it appears in pictures.

The location was perfect, close to the centre but it was very calm when inside. The garden area is beautiful, feels very welcoming. The family was very kind & helpful. I really enjoyed my time here :)) Also if you’re worried about the lack of AC, the fans were more than enough for me!

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The staff were very friendly. The breakfast provided was simple yet satisfying, with a small bowl of fresh fruit, coffee or tea, and eggs on toast. The location is ideal—right in the central area, yet the surroundings are peaceful and quiet, offering a great escape from the hustle and bustle. For the price I paid, it was absolutely worth it.

When I tried to put the ceiling fan to a higher setting it got concerningly loud. So I kept it at a lower speed but therefore felt quite warm sleeping at night.

I enjoyed being in a central location with a homestay that felt quiet and secluded. I enjoyed the private patio in front of my room surrounded by a beautiful garden. The seating area in the front restaurant is also stunning. The family is kind and welcoming.

Extremely well located , in the heart of Ubud. Easy to go everywhere and a lot of restaurants around . The guesthouse has a Warung with good food and very convenient.

Nothing. I had no problems during my 3 week + stay.

I was at Eka's Homestay almost a month and it was a smart choice. Garden setting with plenty of trees and flowers surrounding each room. Very quiet, almost no traffic noise. Rooms 4, 5, 6 are the quietest if you are a light sleeper. BF was tasty, I went with omelet, toast, tea and fruit everyday day as I am diabetic. Banana pancakes also an option. Roomy shower with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed and pillows. Family run and they took good care of me. They will bring your BF to your room if you so choose. Good and affordable dinner choices if you choose to eat there. I did. All 27 days!

No toiletries provided. No air-conditioning (ceiling fan available). Shower and bathroom sink drain backed up. One of the two beds in our room had holes in the sheets from the mattress springs poking through

There was no hand soap in the room.

Everything is very comfortable, you feel like you are at home, the owners are very friendly, they provide you with facilities if you want to take tours and they have breakfast options every day. The facilities are a little old but it is because it is like a temple adapted for lodging, which makes your stay unique, plus the location is super close to the center and you can walk The beds were very comfortable and there was a fan in the room for added comfort. In terms of quality and price, it is a very comfortable place. They also have a restaurant inside the accommodation and they have a varied and affordable menu, everything is really very tasty. I would really stay there again if I return to Bali. Thankful to the owners.
